President Carter banned Iranians from entering America and ordered 50,000 students to report to immigration offices in 1979.
President Obama banned Iraqis from entering America in 2011.
In fact President Obama used his Presidential powers to halt immigrants arriving in America 6 times.
Before Clinton, George H.W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, and Jimmy Carter instituted bans using their executive powers a combined seven times.
Trump signs an order stopping immigrants from Muslim majority country's for the next 3 months and refugees for the next 4 months and every one goes mental.
Where was the mass outrage when Trump's predecessors did it?

Did they abandon a signed treaty with the UN to? In the middle of a humanitarian crisis? Or contact Guiliani, and ask advice on how to ban people on religious beliefs?
Keep up Wez..

You have failed to address one single point I made, preferring to suggest I'm some sort of Mail reading crank. Do me a favour mate tell me anything I've posted that's false.
I did. I don't share your views of assimilation. Few people do, thankfully. Many of your points are valid, but I find them very unbalanced, and very black and white. Fighting fire with fire, only leads to more fire. Easy logic. But im I'm not telling you to bend over either. Just find a balance. And no, I didn't fail to address it..
Bear with me mate I'm not an academic, just a working class boy educated to O'level standard no more. You say my points are valid but unbalanced, help me out with that, got to say I'm struggling here.
You also said not many share my views on (the lack of) Muslim integration, can't speak for Denmark but I can assure you here in the UK they do.
How would you like to see muslims integrate out of interest? How do you integrate with the rest of your community?
Be accepting of our liberal Western society, abolish all faith schools and bring children up together. Accept that in a free society nothing is above criticism or being satirised, accept people's sexuality, stop blowing things up and beheading unarmed British Servicemen on British streets. I'd also like to see mass protests against ISIS by moderate Muslims.
They did, 20 million I believe.
http://thefreethoughtproject.com/20-mil ... inst-isis/It's funny what the mainstream do, and don't publish is t it. As if they had an agenda or something...

I would argue that the majority do, and certainly the majority are completely against the bombing and beheading of British servicemen. Don't you think that we'd have bigger problems if most of the 3 million Muslims in the UK wanted to kill us?
Again the majority of muslims DO go to normal schools, but I agree that the unregulated faith schools should come under more scrutiny.
It's interesting that we're discussing integration in schools, whereas Tony was making the point that having mixed schools with children that speak multiple languagues was seemingly a terrible thing.

You don't think we have a problem in Wales? Isis cells in Cardiff who have been closed down planning attacks in Cardiff Bay and up the pines in Bridgend? I'm worried for my kids future if we are soft now we are going to be in deep trouble in a few years time

I am deeply concerned about Muslin immigration however Trump's hypocrisy, just like his predecessor Bush is staggering.Eleven out of the fifteen attackers on 9/11 were Saudi Arabians. The exponents of Wahhabism, that is to say the radical posture on the medieval rubbish they call a faith, are the culprits here. They pour money into schools and mosques around the world promoting this filth.Yet did George W. Bush invade Saudi ??? Has Trumbo banned Saudi's entering the USA , f**k no, why ...oil and debt.
The rabid right wingers on here better start looking harder at the "real politik" and I am certainly no mealy mouthed had wringing leftie. All animals are equal but some animals........?

The Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has today held conversations with the US Government and as a result we can clarify that:
- The Presidential executive order only applies to individuals travelling from one of the seven named countries.
- If you are travelling to the US from anywhere other than one of those countries (for instance, the UK) the executive order does not apply to you and you will experience no extra checks regardless of your nationality or your place of birth.
- If you are a UK national who happens to be travelling from one of those countries to the US, then the order does not apply to you – even if you were born in one of those countries.
- If you are a dual citizen of one of those countries travelling to the US from OUTSIDE those countries then the order does not apply to you.
The only dual nationals who might have extra checks are those coming from one of the seven countries themselves – for example a UK-Libya dual national coming from Libya to the US.
The US has reaffirmed its strong commitment to the expeditious processing of all travellers from the United Kingdom.

Now if you want madmen look no further than Bush, the Clintons, and your hero Obama that collectively have destabilised the Middle East and caused this whole mess of these refugees storming borders, but you carry on attacking Trump who hasn't caused these problems he has just beeen left with the shit.
But where is your strong words against Obama then ? Hmmm But one thing the Yanks are gonna love Trump that's for sure and it's a pity we haven't got a Trump here to sort our shit out.

Jeez, another brainiac.. Why don't we discuss Winston Churchill instead? Same relevance.
This how much the Americans love Trump. Just scroll, read and enjoy! PM me, and we will lash it out on Churchill, mate.

Statement Regarding Recent Executive Order Concerning Extreme Vetting
“America is a proud nation of immigrants and we will continue to show compassion to those fleeing oppression, but we will do so while protecting our own citizens and border. America has always been the land of the free and home of the brave.
We will keep it free and keep it safe, as the media knows, but refuses to say. My policy is similar to what President Obama did in 2011 when he banned visas for refugees from Iraq for six months. The seven countries named in the Executive Order are the same countries previously identified by the Obama administration as sources of terror. To be clear, this is not a Muslim ban, as the media is falsely reporting.
This is not about religion - this is about terror and keeping our country safe. There are over 40 different countries worldwide that are majority Muslim that are not affected by this order. We will again be issuing visas to all countries once we are sure we have reviewed and implemented the most secure policies over the next 90 days.
I have tremendous feeling for the people involved in this horrific humanitarian crisis in Syria. My first priority will always be to protect and serve our country, but as President I will find ways to help all those who are suffering.”

I'll say it again. Trump is going to be a great president. The world will a better place because of him. And he only been in office a little over a week. This guy a doer rather than most
Politicians. Which is why he won.

His lack human respect aside. His import tax is what I'm looking forward to the most. The entire production line rely on import, wich will put prices through the roof.
Will be interesting to see how the idiot plan to see this one through. Maybe he can bring out the smithies and you guys can loan him Harry Potter for a few months?
The economy bit I'm looking forward to, it won effect me either way. You guys though. Best of luck!

That's fair enough. But the fact you intolerant to how the American people have voted makes you a bigot. Respect democracy whether the result goes you way or not. I've had to I was a remainer. And you right trump will probably have a bad effect on the uk economy but he's doing what he believes and should be doing the best for his country. And if i was to oppose that because it against what I want then that makes me a bigot. But I'm not. I know it's hard for you lefties want to cuddle up with i.s you lot are as big a danger if not more to the much more advanced west.

Sir, the majority of people in the US voted against Trump.
I detest Isis as much as the next guy. But I'm not one for generalization, and judging millions of people in need of help - with hatered. Neither am I one for taking anger of own government out on them..
