Suggestion for you Annis!!! You seem to be the one leading this campaign to criticise everything Tan does and I agree with a fair amount of what you say. What are you going to do about it? The protests and all the moans and groans have achieved nothing. The only way I see out of this is for Tan to sell up and there appears to be no buyers on the horizon. Where does that leave you and most other Cardiff fans? Only one thing you can do!!! If you want him out that much raise the £200,000,000 or so yourself and buy him out. Let's see if you really are "a fans leader".

New stand BLUE

When the red seats go in it would be a cracking statement if,and this is assuming only a few hundred fans relocate ,at say,27 minutes past 2 on Saturdays we could arrange for the fans in the new stand to sit in seats to spell BLUE.This would not cause a safety issue as is long before kick off and would help prevent any animosity between fans in other parts of the ground as the new stand fans could be seen as still fighting the cause .

I have been a season holder for 24 years and like the majority of Cardiff fans want our true identity back, however when I heard that the Ninian was due to be expanded I originally thought what a great idea and decided to take a seat in that stand. I am now feeling that I may have made a mistake after seeing the image of the stand, I will continue to wear blue and sing for our club and I hope that the few who have also taken seats in the new stand will do the same :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

What a joke. Stand is great but the clowns not only put red seats in but top it off with what looks like cheap emotions. I love the ayatollah but whoever is making these design suggestions needs to step back. These seats simply cheapen the ground and are just plain embarrassing. Its not difficult getting this right, is it.

there is no answer that anyone can come up with. they talk about driving tan out but have no viable option if he goes. Have a look at the other cardiff related boards and none of them have the same amount of hatred aimed at tan as this one does.
The only option is that the club get promoted this coming season and survive its first season in the premiership. Only then will the club become a saleable proposistion where tan can take his money and run.
what happens if a new owner wants to keep us red then though does the opposition to him taking over the club start over again.
when prospective buyers see the amount of abuse tan gets from the supporters they will think twice about buying the club in the first place.
remember there were no interested parties when we were being taken to court by the revenue apart from tan.

Surely :)

PS thanks for explaining what the white bits were. They looked like tits to me at first!

Red seats with Ayatollah design in white seats.

It's a bit like the genius who discovered that \o/ <o> \o/ is an approximation of the Ayatollah. Mildly amusing, but not as hi-tech as :ayatollah:

The trouble is, the only time you'll see this design is when those seats are empty. If that is during a game, it proves we can't sell the stadium out.

Those of you justifying the red by saying that Wales play there, hang your heads in shame!!!! The Welsh flag has a dragon on it. That dragon has been incorrectly high jacked as our badge, a symbol now, not of national pride, but the servitude we have been subjected to.

I know that red contrasts with BLUE. Doesn't take Lawrence Llewelyn-Bowen to work that one out!! What's that got to do with the true identity of Cardiff City Football Club???? NOTHING!!!

Annis, you put up a list in a previous post of the things we were supposed to have (Debt-free club, etc.). That was answered by words to the effect of "Well let's wait and see". What a pathetic way to address your points!! I don't necessarily agree with everything you say, but you wrote facts, and they were dismissed.

Someone posted that the new stand would be only 1/3 full. I've got news for you lot: THE WHOLE STADIUM WILL BE ONLY 1/3 FULL IF WE CARRY ON LIKE THIS!!

I don't want to see the club doing badly, of course not. I don't want to be able to say "I told you so". I want to see a successful, well-run club where you can't get a ticket unless you hurry up and the official merchandise has to be ordered because it is sold out. Those things won't happen until the club returns to BLUE and the accepted nickname of the club is in harmony with the badge. BLUEBIRDS unite.

Let's get behind the team and manager in the meantime and make the stands bounce as they did during 2012/13 to help regain promotion in style.

The clubs fan base is divided big time
The debt has risen more and more
We are back in the Championship
Season ticket sales are down on the previous 2 years
We are not Debt Free
The brand did not do well in Asia or Malaysia, failed big time
Training facilities still not done

What ever you try to twist or say you have to admit the above are all Facts yes or no?

Yes!!

The constant harrasement from some of the older fans about being red almost makes me wanna buy a red shirt and walk around in it..

What about respecting new fans who have come along since the rebrand? My cousin is not old enough to understand the history, for him the club is red..

He wants to wear the same color as his favourite player Mutch..I tried to get him a blue shirt but he wants to wear the home shirt..

Ever thought about that Annis?

Every single one of us got the club we deserve when most knew what would happen well over two years ago sadly it was ignored at the thought of prem football and new players, so suck it up as no amount of blue scarf's or blue shirts will change anything untill it ramps up to tan out weekly protests nothing will change only more changes to follow, thats the bottom line

You're right MJW! It's nt only myself who feel like that but other's have made similar comments on here.

My son just loves supporting the city. He wore his red kit to a training camp they were running only for a woman to make a comment to him. It's not on!
