SSN are right up Crystal Palace's arse! They have mentioned them every few seconds!

Pretty gutted we didn't bring a centre back in!

Think it´s right not getting to eager paying Newcastles 10mill price tag. If not Cisse hitting form fast, it would be another Cornelius deal. Little surprised seeing Cornelius going, thought we would see a replacement before the return. Belive Solskjaer really had no bigger thoughts about Cornelius being in the teams future. Have been a lot of different striker names around. I think Javi Guerra could been a good investment, since he have a nice consistent scoring stat over time. (Haven't seeing him play thou). But when none of the offers got in, we have to believe in those we have. I think the players form a promising team, but lacking the truly goal-getter, but hoping Ole will teach and give self-esteem to the strikers we have. I know football isn´t math, but we played really well against ManC who destroyed Tottenham. Looking forward to the Norwich match!

It seems that we sold back Cornelius believing we'd get another proven goalscorer before the window closed. You dont go from being a promising young international to being a no hoper ina few months. Very odd - would hace preferred himto be loaned out.
A bit worrying especially if Kenwynne Jones struggles or is injured. With the improved midfield and with Zaha providing more of an attacking threat lets hope the Campbell / jones attack works.

I wonder if we put a buy back clause in the deal in the event he may proove himself in a season or two.
