Welcome back daya, (for a while anyway) i've questioned roathie a few times lately about living in australia, i don't believe for one minute he lives there, if so, on two occations last week he was posting on here for about ten hours up until about 4.00 am, he also claims to be running a very successful business but spends most of the day on this forum, he also believes that he is a football expert who has "studied the game" for 35 years (f**k knows what that means) and could do a better job than certain people who have played at the very highest level, there is no doubt that he is a one man freak show and needs to be sectioned.

I am a property developer. The majority of the time I am researching new property, tracking the market and keeping in contact with contractors.

My works van is for when I do the cosmetic renovation

If you read my posts you would see I only do it 6 months of the year due to it being highly profitable, this is pre meditated and calculated, like all my business decisions and the complete opposite of an act of compulsion is it not? I spend more time property developing, does this make me a property developing addict? No. A large part of life is about making money and I guess you could say I feel a compulsion to seek out avenues where this is most likely.

People do tend to say these things out of frustration and a tad of jealousy from my experience as its something they cannot do themselves or have tried and failed. Its like calling a casino owner a gambling addict, when in reality he is making a business decision knowing he has an edge, it would be stupid to not do it.

Again im not bragging. Ive been a member of the site for years and never mentioned or even alluded to it.

Had many insults thrown my way to discredit what im actually saying (im sure you can relate to that) and one, probably mistaken, moment a few weeks ago replied to one of the "benefit scrounger" (or something of that ilk) insult with a fact about my life and that I was infact a successful businessman. The questioning hasnt really stopped since then. I have been repeatedly told i am a liar because i am not in australia and dont have money from my businesses, i thought it was apretty apt thing to post up which sort of clears up both to any fair minded person. I foolishly thought that the ridiculous replied would end and we can get back to discussing the football.... It hasnt seemed to work, its now just gone on another tangeant.

Ive always supported Swansea, was my first match I saw as a child and havent looked back since. But have never lived in the city have no affiliation to the people of the city itself and find the competition between the two areas odd and something I have never partaken in.

not at all, i buy properties, hire contractors to do any major work, cosmetically renovate them ourselves and sell them. Its pretty straight forward. My other business is the same but we dont solely deal in properties, its a general investment business.
