Just read the thread from start to finish and came to the conclusion there isn't one.I've had more gratification helping my son with his Welsh homework.

In his own words...

Are you suggesting i have now changed my mind? :?

However, thankfully for us we dont have to play Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool and Spurs every other game from here on in and the tough games are very much spread out in order to put a few runs together

The problem is after an admittedly difficult run, you come out of it and get turned over by Southampton (who as we know from this thread are mediocre).

Now, banter aside, why isn't Britton the first name on the team sheet? It's not like he's an all action winger who needs to be rested every other game...or 40 years old like Giggs.

I just don't get that.

unless injured or being rested britton should be playing no doubt about it

Whos ahead on the stats Canas or Britton? :laughing6:

canas is better than britton and medel

Damn that Michael Laudrup. What does he know eh?

It wasnt worth it? :D Im not here to entertain you im afraid.

I am making the clear observation that Michael Laudrup (our most successful manager in our history) seems to disagree with you and so do the performance stats, how curious? :thumbright:

Maybe you should write him a letter with your insight. Im sure he will come round to your way of thinking, :laughing5:

Have to agree.

Europa league is an excuse for poor form not the reason for it. Champions league teams regularly play on a Saturday then a Tuesday as well as Wednesday then Saturday. Southampton very good team this year and could emulate what you lot did last season.
