Science. Its there for you to see. Its maths most of it in its simplest form. Of course much too complex for you to comprehend.

You cannot do science or maths without universal, immaterial, unchanging laws that govern the universe.

If the did not exist then you would not be able to do science as you would have no way of knowing that things in the past are the same as the future, which is what a lot of scientific discovery and beliefs are based upon.

So please tell me, where did the laws of logic come from and please don't say science/maths as the laws of logic clearly have to predate both of those for anything in them to make sense!

Ok if you want to say that GOD doesn't exist because of all the shit things that happen everyday on the planet,
What about all the good things that happen? who are gonna attribute them to?

Im saying he never existed, apart from in weak peoples mind .I was saying that Religion causes this barbaric behaviour.
Good things are great it just called life . Generally due to someones hard work.

Well you can't it both way's mate.
If in your understanding "Good things are great it just called life" then bad things are just bad things and that's life.

Yes exactly that.
Unless they are caused by religious zealots

That's discriminatory, why can't any group cause these so called 'bad things', and what even makes things 'bad' without God?

I was unfortunate enough to live next door to a Jehovahs witness family and what I am about to tell you is 100% I can assure you.

Two days after we moved in December a few years ago we put a small Xmas tree in the window of OUR house.
This very pleasant young lady came and knocked the door to introduce herself and asked if we would mind moving the tree out of our window as they are JWs and dont celebrate xmas. Her husband was like of lot of JWs and had a window cleaning job I am not sure if he had an accountant ;)
This is the best bit, she then said would we forgive a little noise on Thursday evening because it was their Prayer meeting on that evening. We then found out, completely by accident that they had registered their house as a place of worship and because of this they were excempt from Council Tax.

It was not aimed at you specifically. Just making a general point. But all three monotheic religions go back to the God of Abraham. Just taken different paths since.

The lefies will troll you my good man, it's a waste of time trying to debate or discuss anything with them. They see only black and white, right or wrong, left or right. It's symptomatic of the left wing trolls, Mike Morris's message board for example was a heaven of free speech for many years. Then the lefties hit hard and often gone to shite now.

I'm sorry, I've come into this thread a little late and have missed the discussion and have found we are into the inevitable part where JB pisses someone off :laughing5:

Can you elaborate a bit further on your point? I can't seem to make too much sense of it, and this is a topic I'm very interested in, I follow the works of Lawrence Krauss, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Richard Dawkins, Bill Nye and lots of others daily (even Ray Comfort!). Not so much for the atheistic aspect, but the science fascinates me. But obviously it massively conflicts with religious belief.

You follow? Then religion, spell check, is for you my furry friend, vote labour, buy the guardian and indulge with CCMB. You may say Baahh, Baahh from time to time, sheep follow, leaders lead. Your choice my young friend, follow the left wing sheep or just get on with your life, you only have one, one shot, up to you. Good luck, you ever need any advice, here you have the font of wisdom, only Annis buys the Guardian, something to do with starting his wood burning thing up. Sorry for the disjointed verbal, a third lady has turned up..
