Aren't teams at the bottom of the league crap in any league/season you care to mention? Kinda explains why they are bottom

Newcastle certainly weren't crap, neither were west ham. The relegated teams are usually fairly strong.

Last year they were absolutely terrible and it has continued inot this year allowing those that usually challenge for playoffs to challenge for autos with no west ham, west Brom, Newcastle figure. We have taken advantage. He fact hull, Watford and palace are up there says a lot IMO.

Last year we did brilliantly well to even make the play offs considering the rebuilding MM had to do at the start of the season, so not sure its a good yardstick. Yet don't forget we beat them at their place in the league.

Yeah Newcastle romped the league, but one result in a season means nothing. We all have our good and bad days. Yet thu did so well because the league was probably weak that season, unlike this year where the relegated clubs have struggled as the league is so strong.

I tend to agree that this has been the worst championship in years but we can only beat whats in front of us. We have domianted this league at times, gone huge lengths of times without losing and we have only started to majory wobble when the pressure was off. We are by far the best team in this division and done what is expected off us.

Don't know why people are getting their nickers in a twist about the OP, he's made a valid point. We have WON this league at a canter with a few games to go, a success. If we came 3rd or 4th in this league it wouldn't be much to shout about but we have won it. Well done Malky, beaten whats in front of us rather emphatically as well.
