Bottom 3, obviously.

Not sure what your point is though. The chances of Swansea finishing in the top 6-7 is far more likely than bottom 3.

That, quite frankly, is an absolutely absurd statement

The fact that you are closer to the relegation places points wise makes it much more likely that you would end up there you retard :?

I personally don't think there was any likelihood of either happening this season but to try and claim that means you need your head examined :laughing5:

You dont really think things out do you? Let me explain in laymans terms. We are currently 9th. To finish in the bottom 3, 9 teams below us would have to overtake us and with the fact that most of them would be playing each other the likelihood of that happening would be very very remote. Then look above us. We would have to overtake 2 teams Liverpool, and West Brom. 1 team is 8 points above us, the other 3. We have a game in hand on them away against Wigan. Now at the time of the original post being made, We had an upcoming home game against Southampton (expected to win), Liverpool had a game against Chelsea. Highly likely they would lose. That would have put us 6 points behind them with a game in hand. Now are you really suggesting the original poster needs his head examined for saying that it's more likely we could finish 7th rather than 9 clubs all getting enough points to overtake a team that was on 41 points at the time of writing? Do you feel a tad stupid? :laughing6:

You numpty  The comments weren't made by way of an opinion they were made in an almost factual manner with no talk about the merits of the opponents, run in, etc

Bottom line is that you were nearer to bottom than top points wise. Simple enough :!:The number of teams below you is a stupid argument. If they were all on the same number of points it would be just as easy for all 9 clubs to take over you

It didn't happen but let's not have all this shit about being closer to a 6th or 7th place finish :laughing5:

If you look at the big towns surrounding Cardiff-barry,ponty & caerphily then the level of jack support there is next to nothing. my point is therefore is that the "swans" or jack bas*****s as i prefer to call them have no substantial support outside of their own TOWN & realistacaly have reached their maximum level of support at presen5t.Contrast that with cardiff (10th largest city in uk) with virtually whole of south wales supporting them has the potential to be one of the biggest teams in europe.....but that potential will only come with success on the field. My dream was always to to see Cardiff city in the premier league-but now that dream has ben forfilled then we have to look forwarsd ,there is no reason with success on the field & our massive support base that we cannot be in europes elite in the long terrm(why else would tan have invested in us-after all he`s one of the wealthiest blokes in the world

So barry ponty caerphily are hotbeds for football and big towns :lol

Wrong the season swansea went up they had sellouts against, against qpr, norwich, forest, sheff utd, leeds and a few more. They never had a 12k attendance as you say they did, and had a average attendance of 15500 the same as cardiff had the season they got to the fa cup final. :thumbright:

They did in fact have only 12411 when they hosted Coventry that season with Ben Turner scoring the goal for Coventry City in a 2-1 win. Also there was not one total sellout with the highest attendance being 19000 against Leeds.

That figure on wikipedia is wrong, that season every away team were given the whole north stand around 3000 tickets, only leeds filled it, so the home ends were sold out against several teams, even if the attendance at the time was only around 17000 because of the lack of away fans.
