What Israel as done is manipulated the wording used to determine a war crime? and the circumstances force can be used on protective buildings (hospital ect) for example they use excuse there is command posts under buildings well 99.9% of gaza as a tunnel under it so they say its legitimate target and people accept it they can easily search it but yhen they wont be able to destroy the hospital (a war crime) then there's the bombing of homes they use term acceptable collateral damage with minimal force...as excuse to kill how many they like by saying there was a hamas person there with no proof but its OK to kill 100 as used 1000k bomb instead of 2000k one.... no figure is used by UN to determine this! anything that is totally a war crime like the 15 medics 180 children playing shot and Dr's 9 children are all simply pushed under the carpet as we'll investigate our own idf .....no one got the balls to call them murders and a war crime
