Is Super Kev up to the challenge? Or would Ralls or nugent be a better choice?

Zaha plays right-wing, against Taylor.
But Super Kev will play at right-back, obviously.

Not this season, Bolasie plays left and Zaha always plays right.
I wish he was playing left though because Kev is far better defensively than Taylor.

and as for it obviously Super Kev, he is not playing the best at the mo, only just come back from injury
Sat Dec 22, 2012 7:37 pm

No chance, McNaughton will come in to the team NQAT.

Mark delaney would put zaha in his pocket play him.

Indeed, no question he will come in and i know he'll do a good job.

Just let Kev stick to his defensive game against Zaha or Bolasie and he'll do a good job.

he'll line up the same way but with KM at RB
Sat Dec 22, 2012 8:44 pm
HAS to be someone with speed
Sat Dec 22, 2012 8:48 pm
Kev had him in his pocket in the semi-final second leg last year.
He'll be up for the challenge and Zaha knows it
Sat Dec 22, 2012 8:50 pm
Gotta be Kev for me, shame darcy isnt still around!
Sat Dec 22, 2012 8:51 pm
I thought blake played could be wrong
Sat Dec 22, 2012 8:52 pm
Whoever we play at right back will struggle with either Zaha or Bolasie

Spot on. Im sure they played 4-2-3-1 and the 3 attacking midfielders kept interchanging positions. Zaha was all over the place during that match trying to get an opening.

Was it you who said we should play 4-5-1? Cause I agree although its not nice playing that at home specially when we are playing well with 4-4-2 but we need to be carefull of zaha and Bolasi

Yes that was me. We need to nullify their threats and keep one player on them all game. Savage did it to Taarabt and Derby got a draw out of a Championship winning QPR. Obviously we want the win but to do that we have to make sure Zaha and Bolasi, as you pointed out, do not keep coming at us with wave after wave of attack. Once we stop those we can get the ball to Whittingham and the wings to create. However, I think Malky may opt for a counter attacking setup of 4-4-2 which is risky as they are also very strong on the break.

Really don't see the point in changing our formation because we turned over teams like Blackpool and their attack isn't far off Palaces in terms of speed and danger.

Yep and sold for peanuts, i will never forget his goal vs chester city in the fa cup where he run from are corner flag beating everyone to score, think we won 5-1 or 6-1 that day

Can Lappin play right back? Isn't he still with us?
Sun Dec 23, 2012 5:01 pm
Blake was awesome against Zaha last time out. Shame he's in their team this time!
