Started with the new kit ideas already?! Not sure why someone is posting up a pic of a red shirt asking if people accept it - got the old badge, wow.

I have to be honest, when I see Cardiff on TV, it occurs to me how strikingly similar the kit looks to Man Utd, and this, I believe is the reason for the rebrand. If we look like the most famous team on the planet, I imagine the owners have in their mind that people back in their home country might imagine there is some connection.

Just so you guys now this kit is part of a load I posted up during the summer (there was quite a lot of threads about them and comments on here actually) when I was just experimenting with potential 'compromises', that's not to say I'm a fan of red, I think it goes without saying every fan would go back to blue if possible. But here are the others for those interested:

On a serious note, KEEPING OUR BADGE WOULD BE A START.

I do like the top left one - blue with the red flash for the dragon.

If we had to keep a prt of red, that's how the kit should be, in my mind.

Could you design a few kits with the current badge or our current kit with the old badge?

Only thing with red and blue is you could hardly ever wear it away because most teams play in Blue or Red???

I have been a fan of these kit designs since you showed them to us last summer. I really like the black and yellow third kit.

As mentioned guys, I don't think it's the fact that there is some red in it that will be of interest to the owners. Design a shirt that looks just like a Man Utd shirt, and that's the one they'll like.

I think if the badge hadn't been fecked about with, fans generally would have accepted some co-ordination of the red and blue because we have had other colours in the past, just my opinion.

No. Those type of designs wouldn't happen anyway so there's no point discussing it really. Puma will give us templates to choose from and we will have to pick one. I'd love our proper crest to come back though.
