Cardiff City 2 Hull City 1

8 games at home, 8 straight wins   :D :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Malky will go down in Cardiff City history, Oh wait a minute Malky after each victory at home Malky sets a new record and makes history every home game. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Name me another Cardiff City manager to do as well as Malky at home in our history?

I can name you many ex Cardiff City managers to do worse than Malky has away from home?

Out played Hull today, made Hull look ordinary and we could of won 5 nil, but I am more than happy to get another victory. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

And missing these star players
"NICKY MAYNARD/ JORDON MUTCH/ TOMMY SMITH/ CRAIG BELLAMY "

Malky proved right to back his skipper today who repaid with a valuable goal, thought Joe Ralls brought balance and Heidar brave as they come and did you see the way Hudson celebrated when he scored and thanked Malky, for keeping faith with him. Malky's players back him and he has faith in them. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE MOANERS?

Rem Leicester/Leeds/Brighton/Boro/Forest/Bolton/Blackburn/Hull/Wolves etc all believe they should go up this season as well.

Outplayed!? Sure i saw Hull have a lot of possession...

Annis I don't wish to moan but I pray Malky will bring in a couple of defenders as we are very light in that department especially with the injuries.

I asked on here what would MM do if McNaughton got injured and we were missing a centre half, well today we got the answer, Aron Gunnarsson goes to full back!

It is not ideal obviously but today we got the result, I wish it could have been a lot more comfortable in that I felt we could have scored 4 or 5 but the manager has got the result yet again.

I was confident on the way home from Charlton that we would not lose to Hull or Boro, one half is complete and here's hoping we can carry on our unbelievable home form next week.

Superb effort from the team today :ayatollah:

Sorry Annis, but the ultimate test will be if we get up this year, and I saw nothing today that made me change my mind that under Malky, we will not.

I know we can play very good football at times, and we did so for the furst 20 mins approx. - but after that, there were periods where we allowed them to boss the game.

I don't disagree with the stats at home, but you know what Disraeli said about statistics ;)

If we end up winning all our home games this year, but fail to get up, it will still be a failure, and I am firmly of the view that when push comes to shove, Malky will revert to type, play negatively and we will end up bottleing it.

I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but those are my very strongly held beliefes. If you can tell me at the end of the season, I was wrong, no one will be happier than me.

Cardiff 53 % to Hull 47% possession
Cardiff shots on target 8 Hull 5
Corners Cardiff 11 Hull 1

Hull may have had periods of possession but didn't do anything with it can't rember them having a clear cut chance! City hit the bar twice and had numerous opportunites to increase our lead! 8 wins at home and people still moan unbelievable! we're not going to have 80% plus possession against anyone in this league which it seems most people on the messageboards expect

Re: " ' F HELL ' HOW CAN U BEAT THAT? "

Sat Nov 10, 2012 7:18 pm

Overall I was very pleased with the performance - I felt confident from the off, I don't know why?

Hull, ok had spells where they had possession but did not do a great deal with it, mainly because we did not let them.

Good result, Kimbo was my MoM, but it could have gone to any of 5

Luke Coulson, he looked decent at the dev game but Dan I really feel we need a couple of defenders before the loan window shuts in a fortnight.

We have been down the loan route to often, thought Gunnarsson did well at right back, lets leave the loans for emergency cover only. Lets hope we can finally take our home form on the road.

Defensively as a team I thought we were very good. We let Hull play in front of us and didn't panic and lose shape, that is why when Kiss was running around they came back into it.

Joe Rall, did the simple things well, he has one hell of a future

Kimbo- Well for a non malky signing who is only here to sell shirts      he certainly can play

Whitts is getting ridiculously good now, I doubt there is enough cotton wool to wrap him in.

My one concern is Joe Mason, I can't remember when is owned a game and I would sacrifice him for Kimbo playing away.

I was surprised to see Hull being such a physical, bullying side. They scored a cracker at the end and I thought for a moment they might get a 2nd and draw the match, but we held out.

Well done, City, but I still think Andrew Taylor is our weakest link.

I thought it was a very good team performance but why did Kiss go off? Gunnarsson MOM for me as he drove hard at them until he had to switch to full back, didn't do much wrong in that position and what a quality ball in for Hudson's goal - showed Kev how it should be done.

our bench was very weak today, with young ralls and nugent on there... def could do with a full back on loan for cover.

thought gunnarsson did really well in dropping to right back... ralls def balanced it out better than kiss..

on a plus side, kimbo was excellent today... tracking back and going forward... cant believe he was booked for dissent!! what could he have possibly said?? he still cant spk a word of english and im dam sure the ref doesnt spk korean!

we deserved a bigger lead at half time, but for periods of the game today we sat back too deep again inviting a bit of pressure on us. fortunately we were better at the back today..

disappointing for kev, looks like a hamstring or something..

Nice spin Annis but 6 points out of 12 wont get us promotion.

To answer your question. We can beat that by stop conceding 2 goal leads away from home.

Re: " ' F HELL ' HOW CAN U BEAT THAT? "

Sat Nov 10, 2012 8:20 pm

One complaint was Phillip Kiss, good to see Malky do the brave thing and pull him back off after just 20 minutes. Got to be one of the worst performances I've seen for a while!

Be interesting to see if he has a future at the club. One thing you can't show is lack of desire and work rate, which I think was his major downfall. The difference after McNaughton went off was noticeable and so too the change again when Ralls came on

Home record 8 out of 8, 100% win rate. You can't do any thing but praise the Man can you.

Away from home is Fooking garbage and he is being remembered more for what is happening away from home than his feats at the CCS

But yes today Hull could not have complained if it was four or five. BLUEBIRDS !

those 4 players coming back are going to be like 4 new sinings for us at a key time when hopefully many of the teams around us are starting to feel ther own injury problems....could be an unlikely blessing? :o

Interesting notion. Others I know have said the same.

Man of the match has to be Gunnarsson for me.

To put yourself up to cover right back showed a character.
