I just passed a phone interview with them too..have to go in on the 13th for some further assessment... still not sure if i'm going back to uni yet but I like to have options

some of the questions will put you on the spot... ie

describe a time you received excellent customer service
describe yourself in 5 words
describe a time you went the "extra mile" for someone
what qualities make you best for the job
what qualities do you expect to see in an employer


etc etc

just make some shit up man good luck
