Is that business done following Maynard?

We have easily the best Cardiff squad ever with him. But need defenders.

How much is the drop carl?

I'd say we'd still be giving him about £20-£25k a week!

Malky is trying for a defender who can cover centre half and full back, but that could possibly go into the loan window :ayatollah:

i really hope we can tie up a deal for maynard... would be a great signing for us.. i think around 20k and 1st team football would be worth it for him...

he is a greedy so and so , so dont be too sure he will drop his money. if he wants 1st team football its a no brainer for me.

We are in talks with the player and his agent so it would seem he is not against the idea of coming.

Presumably, if he drops his weekly wage, we can add a year to his contract to make up for it. also, a promotion bonus similar to what has been offered to Bellamy.

Your fans hate him because he left and had bad words about the club, the small club attitude mentality runs well with Bristol City

Not because he left, the sly way he went about, always saying i am going to sign , buying time and eventually shitting on a club that supported him to the hilt, costing us millions at a time when we cud do wiv reducing the loss each year.get it now, and as for small club, well........

He is reported to have said that he wanted to get out of Bristol because he didn't want his son to have a Bristolian accent.

Now tell me if any Cardiff player was reported as saying that, that they wouldn't be treated in the same way?

He disrespected the club, and disrupted the dressing room with his poor public attitude.
