Memorial Garden - fence needed

Really liked what theyve done with the memorial garden yesterday, its well done and a really nice touch. However, it definitely needs a protective fence around it. After the game I saw lots of people walk straight accross it as they left the ground, not out of disrespect, I just don't think they new what it was. Could cause upset to people in the future if it continues to happen.

As you will fully well know, it is a memorial garden for fellow fans who are no longer with us, this is certainly not the thread to bring in the red/blue debate.

I noticed the memorial stone is very loose and it would not take much for it to topple over seems a tad slapdash which is a great shame for a great gesture.

Lets all chip in then off here and mikes board get something put around it not some to-bit fence that a few teens can abuse and get to it in the future , just an idea if the club would allow that

thanks guys , i really do mean it , i know it was wrong. and i will donate towards a fence for it.

Fence is also needed to stop potential vandalism taking place, we have a few idiots among our support particularly some of the younger generations. I will take a walk down the stadium tommorrow to tilt my hat towards all the fallen Bluebirds, I have known many that have passed away.

Been busy all-night and just come back to this thread, its confirmed exactly what I thought might happen when people dont realise the significance of a memorial garden and is precisely why the fence is definitely needed. If people take offence at a post on a message board (I accept no offence was meant by ccfc1981, and I also accept the apology) then imaging what's going to happen when people see a load of fans just walk straight through it.
