I am at this moment in utter disbelief at the actions of this so called football supporter and his cronies. There were a lot of women there tonight, as well as pensioners. ''Equal rights, equal fights'' I hear you say, but how anyone can behave like this towards passive members of a peaceful organisation is beyond me.

To behave like they did tonight, threatening those with a different opinion, is contemptible.

Other interesting facts I was priviliged to learn of tonight.

- You ARE NOT allowed to support Cardiff City unless you possess a thick, strong Valleys accent - possession of a non-Valleys accent will result in utter derision and belittlement, without much care to actual point being made.

- Any protests during a match (regardless of age, sex or creed) by anti-reds WILL be met with what amounts to force by, for want of a better word, 'reds' - HOWEVER, if Vincent Tan does not deliver his promises within 6 months, said pro-reds will be allowed to protest inside the ground during a match.

- Protests that might disrupt the players will also not be tolerated - even though members of the 'pro-reds' have taken actions against past managers or owners that has inevitably affected the players.

- Seemingly, Vincent Tan is our saviour and saved the club. However, the extent to which he saved the club is so flimsy that the 'reds' are worried a few protests might make said millionaire walk away, leaving the club to die. Doesn't sound much like being saved - Firemen don't just carry victims to the window of their burning house and waggle the victims head out of the window for a bit.

Were you at the meeting? If you were, you would notice that numerous people there were belittled, victimised and insulted openly on the basis of their accents.

You'll have to ask the Cardiff City supporting version of 'New Kids on the Block' yourself. Unfortunately the answer to your questions is not within my remit. If I hazard a guess, I'd say that those 3 regional accents would also be labelled as 'English' by the rapscallions.

Its clear to see the education system is failing in Maesteg. I'll get on the phone to the Welsh Assembly in the morning and see if I can put an end to this. There is hope, we're here to save you now.

I'll quite happily tell TLG my views over a pint if needs be. Im certainly not afraid of debate and I'll quite happily tell him my stance in person if needs be but i'll tell him here now. Im pro blue but I didnt join KCB because i saw it as a provocative move. A number of KCB supporters have been provoking people on CCMB which is why I left. I dont want to be associated with such a group because that puts a shameful blemish on a group that should be peaceful. When im being told that if I wear red I should be aware of what might happen, I dont like that.

Red or blue supporters, anyone advocating violence is an arse, a blemish upon our club. Im not afraid to sit down over a pint with any city fan regardless of their reputation (all means shit to me) and discuss my views on the rebrand. As a civilised adult in the 21st century, was I annoyed with the club rebranding? I was indeed. However I am certainly not going to abuse and make the lives of others bad regardless of their stance on it. Im 1 of over 20,000 fans of whom all have a voice and they're entitled to it.

Thanks for that, pity I wasn't educated in Maesteg though, and best I throw my Honours Degree in English Literature and Language away then, especially as a Humanities degree requires a large amount of rational thought, with no one point being black or white... Pity you can't think that way mind so best you stay away from anything that allows for more than one point of view....

This as nothing to do with accents or geographical location. Some simply don't wish to see our club go the way of Pompey and feel passionately too the extent that they will do their utmost to prevent this from happening.
Some call it " pro red" but colour like accents have no relevance.

there are many in the valleys who are pro blue and are adamant that the club have ripped out their hearts...

others like myself are fuming at the change of colour, but realise they cannot do anything about it and for the good of cardiff city are prepared to see where it takes us..


personally i think it depends on what generation you started following city rather than where you are from...

i.e. the older city fans of 40/50 yrs plus have different views to the hardcore following of the late 70's to early 90's then the 2000 onwards who started following once we were at this level are different again... i dont think it has anything to do with were you come from...
