I heard half way through this season that there were problems, hope its all been sorted now.

Think about it, if you wanted to get reduced rent or ground that you can build your own facilities, wouldn't you make it look as if you were thinking of moving away, Gerald Leeke does not want to lose City so is prepared to sell us land, let us build our own facilities and just charge for maintenance
