Annis /Carl/Gwyns masterplan

So the the real plan is let the malaysians get balls deep in equity that way they can not bail to a certain extent or shaft us anymore only then we go to town on them over what they have done, i can see this comming within the next 1-2months and if the signings dont come it will make it worse for the believers who only wanted a team for a prem push nothing else out of all of this, IF and only IF they put there coin in to equity this is whats next. :ayatollah: watch this space.

Thats what i wanted at first get out of debt and then demand blue once there is nothing to f**k us over BUT if you think buisnessmen like these have not thought of this option you are mistaken... They will have every loophole goung for them ... An if they do get us out of debt .. Do they deserve hate? The answer is no.

Well theres lot of fear going around in peoples mind to what might happen if the malaysians do not get there own way whos to say what ive stated will not happen if they buy in to the club being the only owner, then they have to listen to fans in there 1000s outside the ground saying how it is without the fans fearing the worst in there minds they can voice what they feel maybe and besides its them who painted the fear in the fans minds to start with so its hardly HATE as you put it, thats why i think this will happen. :ayatollah:

I cant see it being that easy.. I wish it was though but i wouldnt put it past them to have someone reading this right now for them.. Thats when it gets dangerous. What would you do if you found out you were going to be double-crossed?

What else or how else could they do anything about it when there knee deep in the club, i wouldnt call it double crossed either i would call it payback for being bummed for months without a weapon to defend yourself with thats the situation us as fans are in rite now if this comes off then fans can take back what should of been to start with at the expence of VT laughing at us to and his circus acts which is what its been so far, god i hope im rite :ayatollah:

It would feel amazing having them over a barrel instead of the other way around like currently. Does anyone know how long untill they plan on converting it into equity ?

Why so long? If it is dependent om Sam (or Langston, whatever)agreeing to settle and say he did this next month, couldn't they settle the formalities within a couple of months, depending on the legal niceties.

Well tell me then how it is, if once its all converted in to equity the clubs there's full stop.people will come in here and say this but give no other way to make me believe it might not happen but take the "its not that simple route" without any viable answers to why because as far as I see it once the clubs there's it is simple.

Well the three wise men so to speak, annis has been running about with a serious case of blood pressure ready to kill somebody for changing are clubs identity, carls having a back seat on the taxi because he knows more than most as for gwyn he's been going about like a fly splashing red everywhere with his feet, that's why all there views are diffrent, what if this was the bigger picture between them all I'm saying, they all turn around when all the equity is done with the fear of being folded is gone we are debt free so they rite are turn now and fight for blue back and that will only get fans doing the same as we all know from past events. :ayatollah:

I'm no accounting expert by any means

However I have sen mentioned on the net that it is also possible to convert equity to debt. Might it not be possible therefore that if things go belly up that Vincent Tan could reverse the process and put us back in debt again?

I can't answer this, and indeed it could well be that the above process is not in fact possible. It is just something I saw mentioned on the net but I haven't been able to research it properly yet

However VT is no fool He is not going to throw away £100 million if he thinks it would be easy to "go to town on him as you say. I'm sure he has every eventuality catered for.

He is the billionaire. With the greatest respect to them Annis Carl and Gwyn are not. You would have to get up very early in the morning indeed to catch VT out I think.

I get what your saying but how can he if the equity is already his to start with its his debt so to speak unless he gets others in onside he sells a percentage to or sells up totally at whatever price that would be, of course he thought of this but I thought once he owns it anything and everything is his money and his risk is it not. That's why we are doing this whole rebrand thing so we are told its on apromise of being told we will be debt free. Otherwise what's the point.

There is some vision!! From the start I was in to this, my fear is without a huge amount in equity, we are vulnerable to VT's whim. Yes at pres we owe him 40 mil, he is the preferred creditor so if he walked away he'd have first pick and may get a fair bit back.

If it's in equity, its his baby and he can't just walk away, is it double crossing to want him tied in, or will it give us security?
As i see it when he's the owner and tied in, then he has to listen to the fans, negotiate, consult and protest then, not now when he can be driven away.

Gwyn has given us an insight into a plan whereby we allow the Malaysians to make their big investment and once they are fully committed then we can give them what for.
Don't fall for it. Do you think for one minute that Gwyn would reveal this plan by stating it on this forum thus tipping off the Malaysians ? Would Gwyn risk the Malaysians finding out and withdrawing which was the very thing he was telling us we should avoid at all costs?

What I really think is happening here is we are being fed a line by being told that we will soon be allowed to protest and stick it to the Malaysians when nothing could be further from the truth. Once VT has committed then there is absolutely no way that he will change the rebranding plans but it will then be too late to do anything about it as the shirts will be ordered and everything will be set in stone.
I think that this "wait till he invests" story is one big smokescreen to appease us into thinking that we should wait a while thus giving the Malaysians time and opportunity to get everything in place unhindered. Once this has taken place then it is the Malaysians who will have the upper hand and we will be totally at their mercy.

Irrespective of this, what value will there be to any protest when the owner is several thousand miles away? I fear the situation could end up like Birminghams where they can't do f**k all about their Hong Kong owner and his intentions.

VT will have to turn debt to equity before start of season 2014/15 this is when the financial fair play rules kick in. So a long way to go yet and still more jiggery pokery from both Sam and VT before everything is settled, more turmoil ahead I am afraid chaps. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Yep of course it all rests on him turning DEBT IN TO EQUITY like i said in my 1st post, who wouldnt love this to be true then the club get two good things from this then comming out debt free (well so they say this will happen) then we could try get it changed back without the fear there for certain fans.

Yes but its a long road, unfortunately Sam and VT are playing ping pong at the moment and nowt will be sorted until they both sign on the dotted line. Until then all us fans are at loggerheads with each other over colours and badges but the real issue is the Langstone/Sam debt, its a millstone around Cardiff City's neck and is holding us back. Think about it, why should VT fully commit to the club until this major issue is sorted, in his position would you? I wouldnt  VT's is gonna be stuck on 49% for a little while yet. Until then our clubs future is still very much up in the air, even so I would much rather where we are now to where we were not so long ago under Peter Ridsdale's guidance or should I say lack of guidance and where poor Rangers FC are right now, teetering on the brink of liquidation. :ayatollah:
