He is commonly known as Kenny Huang and he was the name at the forefront of proposed takeover of Liverpool Football Club a few years ago but pulled out. Well Kenny Huang has attended the CCS last season and watched one of our games, Huang is interested and has held talks with Vincent Tan about becoming involved at Cardiff City. Anyone guess what Kenny Huang's preference of colour is?
When dealing with Huang, the club would not be dealing with just one man but a group of his business associates that head up many of China's state owned company's. This is not something that would happen overnight but you can see what type of investor the club are hoping to attract and the amount of backing this club could have in the future if all goes well.
This club could possibly have access to not just millions but billions of pounds to take this club to the very top, so let's hope that everything works out for the best of this club and we do indeed see the type of investment that is being spoken.
So is the official line that Kenny Huang has never been to a City game? I'm sure a certain well known moderating poster mentioned the fact that he'd been to one of our games to run his eye over us, wasn't it the Millwall game.
But does it really matter, there is just to much hope and positivity in Carl's message, why should we hope that it's true, why should we dare believe that VT has such contacts and may be looking to the far Eastern market for further investment, how will that help the club to gain support for VT's plans and get us to accept the red shits with a view to looking to this market and possible investment.
Glad it's been poo pooed, hate to think we could have our hopes built up, I can't remember certain people poo pooing the five year season ticket plan when they were selling it to us?

Doesn't really matter if he was there or not, could have been over here on business and VT invited him to come to the game. There's been a few high profile Malaysians sitting with VT and TG in the Directors box last season.![]()
