Some times my family and my self are running late on match day so we get something to eat inside the CCS. Bloody chili and them bloody chips, and to be honest they are bloody yuk ! Can we get say something like Faggots and peas , surley they could mess that up ? What food would you like to see on match days ?

you keep eating it they keep selling it,never have or will eat anything at the rip off prices

a choice of toasties please not too difficult, and improve the service,
i only wanted a cup of coffee at half time, if i had stayed in the Q i would have missed
most of the second half,slow beef hooked!!!!

I've never really understood all this hatred towards the food the club sell inside the ground. Yes, the prices aren't really a true reflection of the products but that's the nature of the world we live in nowadays.

Since I don't live in Cardiff but in Carmarthenshire, I never really have any time to go into town and eat so I always get something at the ground. Most of the time I get a burger and chips and it's fine. The chips aren't always hot enough to burn your tongue but why would you want them to be? And as for the cheeseburger, very good.

I never buy food in CCS, its so expensive! when you got KFC down the road

5)hot dog
6)pie
7)cold drink
8)hot drink

The quality of the food is awful, so expensive as well. I usually try to stay hungry and wait til after the match.

what about getting rid of compass in half the outlets and rent the other half out to the likes of dominoes,burger king, McDonald's, KFC, wetherspoons etc.

All I want is a decent pie for no more than £2.50 is that too much to ask?

Maybe because Compass still have about 7 years to run on a 10 year exclusive catering agreement they were given by Peter Ridsdale that would cost over £3m to get out of?

I would suggest the club has higher priorities.

Nice big coat, sandwich in side pocket and a hip flask in the chest pocket. Sorted!

i think exploring new ways to make money is pretty high on VT list of priorities and 3 million is not that much over 7 years example (if 11k spend £5 pounds over 23 home games that's £1,265,000 a year) i on average spend between 10-20 pounds per game.

I understand what you are saying , but you are using the wrong basis for the figures to support your claim.

Your £1.2m includes v.a.t so the income for the club reduces to £1m. And you have taken no account of the purchase cost of the food and drink supplied , nor of any of the wages of the staff selling it. On top of that is the "opportunity cost" - which is how the £3m could otherwise be spent - e.g. by paying off £3m of debt at 7% annual interest would save £210k a year.

The burgers and chips are Horrendous.

Expect a price hike and worst service next season as Compass are cutting jobs after "only " making a £800million profit last year... Already happening at stores like Asda, Tesco & Costa.

I personally would love a noodle bar btw.

I don't mind the chips if there's enough salt n vinegar on them. The real problem is the booze prices, outrageous and will never pay it.
