If we can't be the Bluebirds, let it be the end. We support the bluebirds, that's our team. I'd rather risk liquidation (which I dont think would happen give what our club has in potential) and probably just be a shitter/smaller club but still be the Bluebirds. Than be Franchise FC, and a malaysians money-spinning play thing. It's our club, not his and the mass majority will decide it's fate. Again, not him.

If the club rebrands, it's dead as far as me and probably most city fans are concerned anyway, so there isnt an alternative.

Vincent Tan is only worth £750 million, most of that is tied up in business assets and real estate.

Do you actually believe a guy from Malaysia is going to invest 15% of his networth in a business he knows he will never make money on?

Completely agree. Tan is not just going to plonk £100m into the club, he couldnt even raise a million in January to buy much needed reinforcements. Any money he does invest will just be more debt anyway, he's not just going to give it to the club. We will clear Langston off our books and then be in debt to this megalomaniac. 2 clubs - sorry mate - I've only ever supported 1 club - CCFC since I was 6 years old. If you're referring to posts where I was sticking up for Liverpool around the time of the Carling Cup Final when they were subjected to worse abuse than I've ever seen hurled at any other club, if you revisit my posts, you'll see I said that in virtually every single post - and all I was interested over this last week-end was our game against West Ham and had very little interest in the FA Cup.

I've only being trying to put the other side of the coin on here, and I thought all opinions were valued and appreciated - I don't think you'll be able to find a single post I've put on here that is antagonistic from me, whereas some of the vitriol by some hurled at VT tonight is far from acceptable.

We need to show them how strongly we feel about losing our identity. This is an insult to all true blueirds ! Something more official should be done. Also a clear statement should be made by C.C.F.C. sooner rather than later to point out exactly their intentions, they owe that to the fans oher wise this could massifly effect. season ticket sales, people pulling out etc. Also effecting our attendeces ! C.C.F.C cleary have not put much thought into their proposals before putting it out in the media and creating mass anxiety amongst our fans !!!!

If this happens , I 100% will not be there for the first or any game next season... The colours and name change is totally unacceptable... I would rather the alternative for my club and keep what we have than bow to this. Ok we would still have the arguments about the kit change and nickname BUT he would have backed it !
At the moment there are no guarantees that he will invest and is making the change regardless. I understand he says it is for business reasons BUT is it worth upsetting the fan base just to selling a red shirt in Malaysia ?

The biggest fear is he pulls the plug and we have to restart from scratch but in what league as I wouldn't be surprised if we are told if we reform it is in the Welsh Pyramid not English pyramid.
