" TICKET UPDATE "

Tue May 01, 2012 8:42 pm

Just took a call and have been told that club really expect to have the record attendance at the CCS on Thursday against West Ham judging by the 'phenomenal sales' the club has seen in the past couple of days. The segregation line/gap is close to the away fans and as a result the club believe that they will beat the current record attendance of 26,058.

Some key fixtures and attendances below :

Play Off - May 12th 2010 Vs Leicester City - 26,033
League - Nov 7th 2010 Vs Swansea City - 26,049
League - April 23rd 2011 Vs QPR - 26,058
Play Off - May 17th 2011 Vs Reading - 24,081
C/Cup - Jan 24th 2012 Vs Crystal Palace -25,652

The prices are good, the phone lines and queues have been busy all day and the tickets are now available for general sale, come on then City fans, let's fill it out and get the place rocking :ayatollah:

Well over 20,000 have been sold so far.

I wonder if the club will give us the cardboard clappers like they did against Reading last season, somehow I doubt it

Got to be honest, that Reading attendance is poor considering what was at stake.

If all the phone calls had been answered I reckon we'd be close to selling out by now.

Now I'm not 100% sure we will sell out.

Its been a nighmare for loads and loads of people trying to get through. Just hope it hasn't put too many off.
Any plans to sort this for tomorrow/the future ?
How many have gone already ?

Thing with the map is, thete might only be 3 seats left in each section and it still shows orange until they all sell. For a while you could view individual blocks and seats - anyone know what happened to that?

Probably just a trial before they bring it in for every ground they deal with? Was much easier to see what seats were available to you.

Does that include the bubble blowers?

If so plenty of seats available - if only they would answer the phone.

It'll be ggod to see the top tier of the main stand full for once.

Plus no swathes of empty seats in the Family stand.

I've turned down hospitality to be in my usual spot in the Ninian. :ayatollah:
