What Miller hasn`t done in 30 hours, brought 3 good saves outta the keeper..

He gotta start Sunday. :ayatollah:

I agree but it will be the same tired starting line up with a boring 4-5-1 hoofball formation with no width at all as normal from MM you know it and i know it :old:

What's the difference? He still didn't score. All the outcry is about lack of goals, not lack of saves from the other teams keeper!?!

He`s hitting the target, that`s the difference..

I felt we lost all momentum when earnie came on. A few shots to please the fans don't interest me, his first shot as soon as he came on sums him up for me.

If Fernando Torres hasnt scored in 24 hours of football and Miller has a higher goal to game ratio i think your maths is wrong there. And aswell as that, Miller forced 5 saves of 5 shots against Bristol.

Tonight was really really poor, No one looked like they knew what they were doing. The whole midfield were poor and we looked toothless when attacking.

I said to a mate, Id give anything to just see a basic 442 with 2 quick wingers and a big man up front.

Thought Earnie was good when he come on, If you don't shoot you don't score. Hope he get a chance next game, We are looking very average ATM.

Miller was the best player on the pitch for us and fickle fans called for his head. Well done.

Our supporters will never learn.

They will continue to bitch and moan about our players to the players to lower their confidence and await saviour from a Lebanese man with a ferret for his eye brows.

Totally agree! Earnie showed at the beginning of the season that he wasnt good enough to be in our starting XI, and nothing has changed! Fans around me cheering me and saying how unlucky that was when he had that first shot that flew way wide, yet when Miller hit the post, all you could hear was ffs! Miller offers much more to the team than earnie ever will, the sooner people realise that the better!

A little unfair on Earnie in my opinion as I think by the time he came on we were well beaten, lacking shape and any form of coordination.

In fairness what Earnie that was different to any other forward on the night was find space to shoot without a Hull defender getting in a block. I'm not in the Earnie must start brigade but that little cameo did show he still has the ability to find space in the box and get shots off on target, for that I think he can have a role from the bench.

I'd like to see MM take us back to the 4-5-1 formation which included Conway and Kiss as I thought we were playing better back then, very hard to beat, good shape and coordination.

Really?? It's unfair to say our momentum upfront vanished with earnshaw on but it's perfectly fine to slate Miller left right and centre? I've seen it all now. Defend all our players, not just one.

I believe Earnie should be played more often as a sub and brought on.
But I still believe Millers work rate is fantastic/gets in the right positions/gives his all/passing and movement excellent, but his final finishing is awful lately.

You obviously believe that last night Kenny Miller was man of the match and as thats you opinion fair enough. My opinion to that would be if you were to buy a round of drinks to everyone who agrees with you you'll get change from a tenner. ;)

All I have said here is that Earnie still has the ability to find space inside the box and last night he did that 3 times in 17 minutes on the pitch. That happens to be 3 times more than Kenny Miller did in 73 minutes on the pitch, have I said replace Kenny Miller with Earnie, NO, because he simply cannot play the role Kenny Miller has been asked to play.

Sadly on planet Lway others opinions are not respected but I like others will live with that but I will stick to my opinion that Earnie deserves a place on the bench because of his ability to find space in the box, and from that space and shots on target goals will follow.
