Swansea merely has devolved administrative responsibility for running local government for that particular area of Wales - in the same way that Cardiff, being your capital city & the seat of the Welsh parliament, has overall devolved responsibility for ruling the WHOLE of Wales, including Swansea.

So, much against my better judgement, adopting your warped sense of logic, as Cardiff rules Jackland that means the Gower is ours too. Now go back to your own board, you boring little man.

Beautiful place though,been working in Three Crosses,Gowerton,Swansea for the last few weeks,on the road Gower Golf Club is situated and the views South West are incredible.

We really are blessed in this part of the world.
