" THE HOME COMING, THIS SUNDAY 12.45pm "

Wed Feb 29, 2012 9:01 am

We play Westham Utd this Sunday at 12.45pm. Now just the thought of playing Westham should fill the stadium, but to me and I hope others feel this way, this should be also a day to welcome our heroes home.

Turn out with your scarves/flags and get your selves down there.
Its the end of the month, pay day.
Also there are 1,500 Westham fans coming.

There are a few thousand tickets left, you can also pay on the day.

THE CLUB WOULD LOVE TO SEE A FULL HOUSE,WITH AN AMAZING RECEPTION FOR OUR PLAYERS/MANAGEMENT. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

NO EXCUSES GET DOWN THERE THIS SUNDAY 12.45pm.

Annis, is the club making any sort of announcement regarding the players efforts, like a minutes applause (not around centre circle or anything like that) just pre-match whilst they are warming up or something that the crowd know.

Agree totally, we have to fill the CCS for all our remaining home games and keep the spirit of the cup final going.

Craig, No but Ali will be reminding everybody of our magnificent performances and remember, it was not just the Liverpool game that we gave everything, look at all the previous rounds. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

wembley or not, we should be selling out for the likes of west ham! possibly the biggest league fixture of the season and we can stick two fingers up to west ham for the way it was difficult to go and the see the away game.

i want to beat these on sunday more than any other fixture this season, time for kenny to get another goal also!

Many players themselves have stated they love it when we sing bob Marley.
And wouldn't it be fantastic if when the players were about to leave dressing rooms and head to the tunnel,if a full CCS was rocking to three little birds!.

Why just a minute applause? Why not applause for as long you/we all can seeing how they gave there all why can't we. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

d,20, watched it back on record on the BBC on monday morning and it sounded pretty good from that perspective, with all the clapping with it...

But on the other side i agree that it didnt sound too great from where i was sat in wembley (blok 134) but got involved anyways :D :ayatollah:

Its a care free tune which is felt by the players on the pitch and it shows... in contrast to previous years with a number of tense atmospheres at CCS :ayatollah:

I think it all depended what Block you were in i was in Block 540 and it sounded great up there with our blocks and the blocks around us all singing it; pretty sure it inspired our team to get that late equaliser :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

The stadium needs to be louder than ever before.

Not just because our team were incredible on Sunday but because we need three points against a promotion rival.

Annis there's no reason why any of the remaining 8 home matches shouldn't be home sell outs, there were 31000 Fans at wembley which is 150 odd miles away but yet some fans cant make the local journey for games which are far more important than the Carling cup(which was a great day out and by far my proudest moment as a Bluebirds fan) But we have 14 cup finals left and need to show our support in numbers and voice. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

And maybe try this song out for the west ham game.

why do people think we should get full house! what is full house actually is it 27500? if so around 3k of that is away fans so that means 24500 home fans when we get 23k+ that equates to to practicall sell out , we cant encroach into away end as not practical, main problem to me is family stand which by concensus of opinion is nearly always 1/4 empty thats why it looks far from full also we have about 19k season holders so maybe the ephesis should be on getting walk up attendances better! but then we only have about 5k available so its not as bad as people make out, maybe someone can elarge on actual figures i have quoted like people say everythings going to be alright :ayatollah:

Anyone NOT attending the West Ham game sunday who is a ST Holder or in the family stand etc etc - Should make the club aware that they won't be turning up so we can re-sell those seats - or offer special family packages, to entice families in to fill the empty seats..... Obviously, this needs to be done in advance by as much time as possible.

I'd love nothing more than to be there on Sunday, but cleaning with the NHS isn't a Monday - Friday job :(. All that I'm gonna see is the pre match build up and the first 15 minutes during my lunch break. It sure is cruel that I can even see CCS from the top floors of A Block at the Heath.

We've moved our game on Sunday to a 10am kick off to ensure we make the 12:45pm start. Saying that, if we go to extra time and pens we might be slightly late! Hopefully the boys will understand! :D :ayatollah:
