If it weren't for thesae immigrant workers I wouldn't have found my way to wembley on the underground from where I was, stressful jobs that us 'British' cant handle, so hats off to those underground workers who must put up with shit sooo much.

Sorry but that argument is absolute bollocks. That was put about by the last labour government who for some reason loved openning the floodgates to anyone who wanted to come here. They managed to convince some that these people were needed to do the jobs that the Brits wouldn't do. If that were true how come an advertised job in McDonalds Cardiff received over 2000 applications? Truth is, yes some brits wouldn't do the job but there are still plenty of Brits left who would and WANT to do the jobs.

We are a small Island and of course an open door policy has not served us well. Successive government have got it wrong. Blaming the immigrants though is very small minded.

You are dead right, voicing concerns - and immigration is a concern, is a good thing. However let's be clear about history and the facts. Then we can have a proper debate.

An immigrant from Africa get's no or very little support from the state. They have to work so get a job at Wembley stadium that a Brit refuses to take because the money is not good enough (or the job is below them) and by taking it may lead to a reduction or pulling of benefits. The benefits the Brit is getting are paid for by you and I through our taxes. I was speaking to someone at the FA Cup final in 2008 who was responsible for recruitment at and this happens all the time.

I didn't go yesterday as I am 4000 miles away working. The other 3 times of course I've been. I was, until I moved here to work, a season ticket holder at city for 20 years + and used to go away regularly. When I finish my contract I will be back and plan on not missing a game.

I worked in London and found the immigrants to be excellent work-mates and friends. In fact I had more in common with many of them than I did the pompous racist English I had to endure.

My father was Egyptian and family from Tiger Bay, I am very proud of my fathers background and my heritage.

But when my family came here they came to work and if you never you would be left in the gutter and not for handouts and everything on a plate like a lot of the Albanians/Romanians etc are doing now.

Funny enough I met a Jack in Kampala - we happened to be in the same meeting. At first the banter was nice. Anyway I was chairing the meeting and about half way through I had to pop out and make an important call. The line was busy so I came back into the meeting almost immediately only to hear the Jack saying (who had his back to the door) to the othhers "Aye you see in Wales everyone knows people from Cardiff are all mongrels". I sat down and said "It's true, many of us are mongrels. However he forgot to mention to you that people from Swansea like to shag their sisters, and aunties, and cousins which has resulted in a great deal of physical and mental deformities. Ok, let's move on, agenda item 3". The Ugandans look stunned and spent the rest of the meeting looking at the jack with a curious if not disgusted look. LOL.
