DECISIONS DECISIONS (SELLING TICKET)

Mon Feb 13, 2012 6:19 pm

Been offered £750 for 3 tickets today from a Liverpool plastic.

Sales director in work with me, earns 80k easy, so money is no object, wants them for him, his wife and his 9 year old boy.

My two mates, both ST holders are up for it, we will still go up, watch it in a boozer, get in the atmosphere of the occasion.

If this was out first visit no money in the world could buy these ticket but with this being the 4th visit in as many years im seriously considering it.

Really torn here.

If you don't want your tickets do the right thing and let them go to a CCFC fan. No Scouser should be in our end.

If a CCFC fan wants to offer me £750 then he would get them before a LFC fan should I decide to sell.

Sell them mate, we'll be back in the Pub by half time anyway when we're 3-0 down (as usual)...

Re: DECISIONS DECISIONS (SELLING TICKET)

Mon Feb 13, 2012 7:27 pm

You know you ain't selling them buddy. Anyway £750 for 3 tickets is a shite offer. If you are serious you gotta be looking around £1100 to £1200 for the lot. What you reckon mate?

Apparently according to my bosses husband who's a copper in Cardiff, they are monitoring social network sites and message boards in an attempt to stop tickets exchanging hands to rival supporters as they are more than aware of the amount of Liverpool fans in South Wales.

Having heard this, I wouldn't even suggest that this thread is worth having on here now.

I do want to go but then an offer like that had to be considered.

Woody Harelson didnt go to Vegas with the intention of letting robert redford sleep with his wife but money is a guilty pleasure.

£250 quid is a lot of money. But £250 quid will come and go, fairly quickly in this day and age.

By missing the cup final, you're potentially selling a happy memory that will stay with you for the rest of your life. All for £250 quid...

When you look back in 10 years time, will you remember what you did with that £250?

It's a no brainer mate, can't believe you're even considering it!

Due to family issues which I have discussed before on here I have been unable to see the city for the past 14 months, however have been a fan for over 35 years and followed them everywhere. I do not expect a ticket for the final, but if you sell them to plastic scousers you are a disgrace :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
