This man is not only a talented manager but also hard working and very humble. After meeting him I can only say positive things and even if we were doing shit, I just love the fact we have a club to be proud of again.

Richie, Malky wasn't my first choice but has totally proved me wrong and I love it.

Craig, exactly the way I feel as well.

He's done amazingly well. It's such a relaxed feeling during games as well.

Malky's had nothing to get disheartened about yet though, the real character test will be if/when we go through a real tough patch or (hope we don't see another one of these for a long time) another promotion/play off loss and see how he deals with it and picks his players up to go again.

I'm 100% behind Malky and the boys as always, and after the summer rebuild, I'd have said playoffs would have been amazing, but now as time goes on, are we setting our sights higher and looking at playoffs being a must now?

I actually cant remember our club ever being in better shape! I go to games, and leave them with a smile on my face! Huge contrast to last season!!!

3 out of 26 defeats is fantastic considering the "new" team he has built!!

Just hope it continues , hope he's supported in january with available funds to strengthen!!

And hope we can turn Watford over, Malky deserves that, one game he WILL want to win!!

Great season so far

Loving this season so far. Even after the Brighton game in august I left thinking positively about the team. I remember praising the fact that they kept going for a goal in stoppage time even at 2-1 down!
And, for the first time as a City fan, I cant wait for the next game, no matter who we're playing! Especially this staurday, revenge needs to be done!

Hopefully enough that he'll stick with us rather than go to a Premiership club if they try to snap him up.

Im absolutly loving it every minute, got the buzz back for away days now as well, booked up for west brom today, Just feel we can beat anyone at the moment. Looking fwd to hopefully getting revenge over Boro this saturday after last years shambles at home

I'm feeling exactly the same, loving every min of this season , agree can' t wait for the Middlesborough game, revenge will be sweet, also he thought of our players giving 100% is refreshing.

I love his little ritual at the end of the game. Will stay and give every player a pat on the back before clapping and giving a thumbs up to the crowd. At the end of the Birmingham game Whitts was giving an interview on the pitch but Malky would not leave before congratualting him. He earns the respect that he is getting. In Malky We Trust!

Malky has all the attributes to be a top class premiership manager and hopefully that will be with us.
We all know he is a passionate manager, but he comes across as very personable and motivational guy with modern methods of management and coaching. So very different to the last few years
He must be fantastic to play for.

Fair play to malcky! i wasn't convinced when he first came to the club in all honesty but he has slowly won me over!! i just hope the fans dont build up there expectations too much and then be quick to slate the man if we dont get promotion!

If the powers to be can see that Cardiff City have a real chance this season of being promoted and support Malky with funds to buy the players he feels he needs, that may just make the difference between being a Championship or a Premier League Club.

Spot on Reeco, I just hope things turn out the right way for Malky and Cardiff City
