Probably would have told Leeds to stick their overpriced tickets where the sun don't shin and would have charged the Leeds fans the same price in the return fixture.

so we would hit the pockets of leeds supporters who want to travel to support their side? great stuff

Sam would have done something outrageous like charging them £100 per ticket to ensure nobody came, you just know he would...I can imagine his answers to the media uproar about it in my head.

for me though its about punishing THE CLUB. The league need to come together and boycott as many games as is possible. Word must be spread on experiences of fans who have been this season already across the forums.

he would have made the club look silly .. justice would be to not sell any tickets for a leeds away game ever again and not by charging fellow supporters silly prices. bates etc decides what they charge not the fans

No he would have been seen as supporting the clubs fans unlike this present lot

all leeds will say is they were told to sit down and they didnt so they were ejected. what can any owner actually do?

Justice for our fans at the end of the day because it balances out the injustice.

I hope we just charge them the normal prices and they sell out. Atmosphere will be great, Id rather 2000 away fans every week than 20 like barnsley.
And if we want to fight our case with this, doing the same to them will make us look equally as bad :ayatollah:

Hang on, on one hand you complain if the club charged similar prices in the return fixture and now you are saying that nobody was forced to pay a silly price. Make your mind up will you

leeds united fc charged the cardiff fans that price and nobody forced anyone to buy a ticket so why hit leeds united fans in the pocket?

Re: i must admit sam hamman wouldnt have

Tue Nov 01, 2011 9:17 am

Ticket prices have to be published and the league notified of them at the start of the season. You can't just charge clubs whatever you feel like outside of the pricing structure already in place.

Sam would have made a noise about this for sure.

He wouldn't have cared about any bad feedback for tit for tat stuff, as any publicity is good publicity to him.

I think he may have provided free buses for fans and then made a statement.
I hope he would have penalised the dirty leeds fans that came here as it was not of their making.

love him or loathe him - a charcter in football he was.
Not a faceless millionaire playing monopoly with our football clubs.

(i suppose they all play monopoly with our clubs!)

I can't wait until all this sam stuff is over and done with so we can just move on and leave his time in the past....we have new owners, lets try getting behind them instead of living in the past

Well mate the answer is very simple. Either give him what he's owed or give him his club back. It's simple really. I'm sure if I or you stopped paying the people we owe money to then they'd keep going on about it until the debt was settled. We're all, and no doubt Sam himself, are pissed off with this debt thing. To be fair though, the club has had plenty of time and options to sort it out but have chosen not to. That's not Sam's fault and I'm sure that if it was me then I'd be shouting a lot louder than Sam has to be fair to him.

Ah...the same Sam who is trying to rape our club for his own benefit?

At least Leeds were upfront and not going under another moniker when they robbed us.

People are so one eyed its unture.

berwyn

lets not forget the debt started with sam
we were in debt to the tune of 1.5 million when he bought the club and were over 27 million in debt when he left.
regardless of assets and who was worth what when he left.
He could never have the club back in any sense of the word because there are covenants in place by the council to protect the stadium etc
