You can't do much other than a paper round because at 15 there are such strict labour laws where they can't force you to work more than something like ten hours a week ( not 100% sure on the number, probably a bit lower). Also as there are hundreds of thousands of adults out of work employers can pick and choose who they want.
I recently turned 18 and trust me the job world out there is just as bad as they say. Hundreds of people applying for single positions.
I'd say your best bet is if you know anyone that needs a hand with some work and get him to pay you for it.

Thats what I started doing for a mates dad (my 2nd dad) at about 14, by 16 He had casually trained my how to cook, by 18 I was running the restaurant while he was fighting lukemia, sadly he never won![]()
Some great skills to be learned, and learnt far more about myself and skills to life in those few years when I had to grow up fast than I ever will.
Fantastic place that was bought for 200k and sold for 1.5mil. Its now a shit hole indian![]()

Enjoy being 15 ,what I did for spare cash @ your age was cutting peoples grass & washing cars. If that fails just play your parents up for more cash .

If you are really desperate go and ask one of these hand car wash places which seem to spring up overnight on old petrol station forecourts and seem to employ a lot of foreign labour.
Hard work no doubt but I suspect they don't conform to employment laws on anything, never mind age
you missed the word 'dodgy' as it should say foreign 'dodgy' labour because they constantly get done for employing illegals!!!
