Why don;t apple just release the best phone they can possibly make instead of constantly releasing new devices every couple of months? I don't know about you but when i buy a phone i want it to feel special but with an iPhone you know that two months or so down the line a new one will be released and your device will be made to look like shit.

It went on a decline when Steve Jobs went - dont read too much into that - the iphone 5 will still be released soon IMO - I heard end of the month!

I think buying an apple phone/product, is like buying a new ford car got the new shape for about 6 months and feel different then they change the shape again just to keep you changing to keep up

No other company has the shocking release rate that apples does, it seems they care just a little more about the money they make rather than the people they make for.

It's been 16 months since the iPhone 4 was released. I would say that was quite a long time in terms of phone technology.

Don't see the problem really, apart from the fact most contracts are now 18 months!

Times change, technology moves on at a rapid rate - why get stuck in the past and grow long in the tooth as rivals pass you by? Best to stay ahead of the market.....

I'm going to get the HTC Sensation, my lad came round with his before

The Samsung Galaxy SII has already obseleted itself, in Korea it now has a dual core 1.5gHz processor and a 1280x760 screen - that's a higher Res than the iPhone. Besides, the galaxy has a superior operating system to the iPhone.
