My BIggest and most frightening place West Ham Away 1978.
Went home black and Blue, Westham invaded the Away end, battered us and got on the coaches after the game and done us again and I was just a kid, but they just hit anyone in their way.

Never had a kicking, but was set on by a police dog at Northampton in the playoffs, not a very pleasant experience

Only time I've really been frightened was at the Swansea cup game in 92 at the Vetch, when the buses laid on for us at Swansea train station were ransacked and we had to walk to the Vetch, had to run the gauntlet all the way there.

after wales u21s v england u21s at ninain park (last year i think) walking back to the station, down a side street about 6 of us got met by a group of about 20, came over and got in our faces,asked where we were from,i stepped forward and said cardiff, to which the one shouted there welsh f*cking sheep shaggers lets do um,
he then said u have one more chance where u from lads, so i stuck to my guns and said cardiff, to which he said your lucky boys cos so are we, we were lucking for english blood, and then we all sung city songs, did the ayatollah and left.....MAY NOT SEEM IT , BUT IN A QUEIT SUBWAY WHEN I WAS WITH MY BRO AND THEY WERE ALL 16, I WAS SHITTING BRICKS!

newport v jacks in fa cup few years back,

went into yates (by station at about 11am) 3 of us havin a few to get geared up for bit of fun with the jacks, and in walked about 50 blokes, i wen to the toilet and got followed in by about 5 of um,
one turned and said what u doing in here, i replied with my mate going to watch wales v canada rugby (lukily same day) quick thinking
then chants of jack army went up, they smashed the pub to bits, windows etc,police then took the jack cunts to the ground by bus, i explaied to police got off and stood outside doing the maybe not my cleverist move, but im still alive

Birmingham away 80s the year they went up got there about eleven must of been about 200 on the train we had a bit of trouble in the centre and then in the ground i remember the police letting us out the same time it seemed like hours walking back to the station

Scared big time. Borough away 93 fa cup. Me and three mates went with Adar glas.. Arrived at 3pm, game at 8pm. Went with all the bus to their supporters bar. Well downstairs was busy so we went upstairs. We were in there with about 10 older borough fans having a few beers minding our own business. Unknown to us we had been spotted by there mob and the upstairs of the bar was now filling. Next thing we know is we are in the furthest corner from the door. A lad comes over and asks if we want to buy a gold chain, we say no thanks and he asks where we are from. We say Cardiff and he says u got ten seconds to get out, we decide 4 against 150 we are a bit outnumbered so we leave. As we stand to go they all stand and start singing god save the queen!! I shit myself. We were 10 yards from the door when bottles pint glasses ashtrays were thrown at us. I have never cleared 2 flights of stairs so fast. We run out the main door to be confronted by more of them. They here the rucus and think we are up for it and chase us all the way to the away end where luckly the old bill protect us.
What a night!!

TBH mate im not sure.... all i remember is people saying are you ok......When i was coming around and my first visit to the royal gwent Still got the scar on my chin the fuckers i dunno what they hit me with but f*cking hell I was knocked clean out

Chelsea home 3-3 draw they had the biggest mob i have ever seen i was in the grandstand which was full of there boys which was unlucky for me

Excahnged one or two slaps at Anfield a few years agon until a mate stuck a pie in a Scousers face. While this was going on, all the Scousers missed Liverpool running up the park and going back in front.

We were in the main stand near the away end but when you looked around the ground there was pockets of Cardiff everywhere.

93 Scunthorpe .Stopped off in Doncaster on way home ,bumped in Doncaster Leeds plus what seemed the whole of one busy pub .Stood my ground then awoke in the local hospital having a brain scan ,fair play to the lads who stayed all night waiting for me the next day in the Hospital car park .

got kicked around newport bus station by about 20 cewty fans early 80s , how i got home that nightalive will never know.Being a city fan from cwmbran we had yo travel through the shit hole every home game , they only wanted to have a go when they had the numbers. Game fuckers all the same. Many a ruck in ziggy's wine bar the potters arms.
Not a great fan of there supportees but still got s soft spot for the club ,my old man used to take me over there to see them and watch the away fans walk into the cromwell end and see the shit heads scarper for it lol

QPR away in 80 or 81 ( plastic pitch days ) , after the game we " bumped " into Millwall's finest on Paddington station who were returning from Brentford . Wasnt many of us and after a punch on the chin it was decided that legging it was the safest course of action lol

England go 1 up when we was in a pub near ground. Then about 100 turks start running round the streets with Machetees and slicing up cars. Lots of English/Millwall fans run outside to meet them. I can safely say i stayed inside the pub. f**k that i thought

derby away a few years ago the police escort was goin to the train station and we went up in car but parked the opposite side of the city so mentioned to the coppers that we came in car and they let us go we stayed behind the escort for a bit and two rhondda boys came and started talking to us so there was 5 of us walking about 50 yards behind the escort for a bit then suddenly out of nowhere about 30 derby came and surrounded us it seemed like they were youth lads but still bigger than the 3 of us and 1 of the rhondda lads turns to the biggest derby boy and says why you following the escort and they said we not we jus live in town then the rhondda lad says lets go right here right now and was saying us 5 against you 30. i was only 15 or so at the time and absolutly pooed myself but the derby lot walked off because the escort had stopped and coppers were coming towards us....

Hibs away pre season friendly mid noughties. Was staying in Edinburgh for a few days. Had taxi to the game a guy next to me who I recognised from NP had his nose splattered over his face. decided to walk back to town where hotel was!! (with Wales top on!). Shitting myself all the way back, I kept seeing what were obviously hibby hoolies in the park on the roadside running alongside me amongst the trees, then I saw the police escort horses up ahead and sprinted and caught up with City fans, and still the hibbies were peering out from the trees until the OB chased em away! WEIRD no kicking though! Great night in Edinburgh that night!

In the 80`s, i remember about 20 of us got of the train at Paddington going to Fulham, as we walked towards the concourse chanting Cardiff, we bumped straight into a couple of hundred Millwall who were going to Swindon i think..

We ran like f**k down the underground with them in hot pursuit, we got to the platform and there was no train there, the noise of them echo`ing as they came down the underground was deafining, and scary to say the least..

We tried to put up a fight but were swamped by sheer numbers, we were taking a beating when a tube pulled in, f**k knows how, but we managed to scramble aboard, what a sorry disheviled sight we all looked..

It must have took an hour for the heart rate to return to normall.

When we got of at Putney bridge, we was walking through Bishops park alongside the thames, when we saw a few lads walking towards us, we were going to kick the fuckers into the thames, but it turned out they were Cardiff fans, they told us where the rest of the Cardiff lot were drinking..Safe at last..

QPR last year came out of away end and decided to go opposite way to City fans so we could get to a boozer without being herded onto the tube. took a wrong turn after 10 mins double backed and 6 of us ran into about 10-12 lads. Few slaps later and the old bill sent us straight into their path again, few lads got clipped and one run over by a cab.
