at the mo, the have relatively low wage budget and outgoings.. but with the prem income over the season looking good, however if they up the wages by bringing in new players and payout big transfer fees, suddenly things wont look as rosie..
They already have to replace borini, and reports of pratley may be signing for bolton...

I understand that Blackpool's average attendance in the Championship in 2009/10 was 8,108. This rose to an average of 15,779 in 2010/11 in the Premiership - a near doubling.
Swansea's average attendance this season has been 15,507. Their stadium capacity is currently just over 20,000. Considering that they will be playing in the Premiership, I would expect that they could fill most/all of their stadium following whatever capacity expansion plans they have in place for next season.
I fully expect to see a number of our fans there as well, assuming that they can get a ticket.

I seem to recall Swansea fans saying that their ground is not easily expandable.
As ours is relatively speaking "easily"expandable and even then any expansion to around 35,000 will cost from estimates I have seen anything from £6 million to £10 million , I would guess any significant expansion of the Liberty will cost a fair old whack.

so did 15,507 make blackpool a big club no and who would pay for any expansion to the stadium could the council use rate payers money to expand it and then the club gets relegated how would a rate payer who has no interest in sport feel about that

It's a different ball game in the Premiership. You'll need to spend far more cash to stay there.
