The British government cannot afford the state pension as it is. I’m 23 now and I fully expect as I get older the state pension will be abolished as it’s unsustainable. The true mess our country is in is staggering, it’s going to be a very long and hard road to recovery.

May be there is hope at the end of the tunnel. China now has the 2nd biggest economy in the world and is on target to overtake the USA in 10 years time and become the worlds biggest. India already has a GDP bigger than the UK and again is on target to overtake the World's 3rd biggest economy Japan in 10 years time.

So my top tip is to start thinking about heading east to look for work and whilst your asylum applications are being considered in Beijing or New Delhi you can live off their generous benefit systems

Did you see the documentary the other night about China, their rate of grow really is staggering? I have been fascinated by them for years due to their rapid expansion. They are building cities the size of London for fun.

Britain and America are already trading like third world countries and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, the shift in power has already moved and won’t change for a long time. Brazil and Latin America is another area we should watch out for.

People should look closer to home before blaming the immigrants, far too many people have it easy here and live of our benefit system.

In fact if people are given refugee status they will get almost the same benefits as a UK resident. However there are thousands and thousands who do not get refugee status and therefore get 'vouchers' rather than cash often relying on charities or churches for accomodation.

Annis there is no doubt that there are problems in Britain but blaming immigrants is the lazy thing to do. Yes people are angry at the way our country has treated the elderly, the armed forces, schools etc but most reporting about immigrants / refugees is very misleading.
