Re: 72 away fans

Sat Dec 04, 2010 2:31 pm

You are joking..............LOL

Ok, they may win it now but thats awful, my m8 who supports Bromley in Kent said they took more to an away game 170 miles away, and they are Blue square premier south LOL :ayatollah:

Re: 72 away fans

Thats bullshit. Stonewall penalty turned down for Ipshit then Beattie scores again. Absolute bullshit. Easily a call for shite reffing.

It was even noticeable when one of them went for a slash!!

Re: 72 away fans

Sat Dec 04, 2010 7:49 pm

less than 100 fans!? seriously? surely not!? it must be a mistake....

if so then thats embarrassing

Its a bind of a trip, that I acknowledge but cmon. a team hot on a top two spot in the championship can only manage 72 fans?

piss poor, really piss poor.

Im sure even wigan or bolton would take 200-300 on a similar journey if they were in the same position and their away numbers are ridiculed by many

pretty much sums it up, and they still claim to be bigger/better than us lol

The thread is about the away following (or lack of it) though.

I'm sure they would have been on here like a rash if it was us taking 72 away!! :o :o

that's what ive been waiting for 21000 home fans, it just gos to show its not about how many are watching at any given time but its about the result at the end of the day that counts. so if you had 173 watching you today would you have been happier at the end of the game with 3 points the answer will be yes and you know it.

no doubt you were one of the twats creaming their pants a few seasons back when yr average crowd exceeded ours for the first and only time in 10-15 years.

Face facts you are a small provincial club like scunthorpe or macclesfield who are punching above their weight thanks to a new stadium paid for by tax payers and finances aided by screwing creditors. When natural order is restored i look forward to cheering on my local non-league team (salisbury city) against you pikeys.

goodness me Mr Swan the point is you took 72 fans away to Ipswich, which it awful, . therefore why try and make a valid point out of the fact which was purley about your away support ?

For the record our home crowd was 21,125 I think which is outstanding, condidering Preston brought about 130 fans.

Get your facts right, we have had a higher average league attendance than you for the last 15 years!!!! (except for the year you had a new stadium) The facts and figures are available on line. Do me a favour and post them on here in a link.
(but I bet you don't, as they will prove you wrong) ;) ;) ;) ;)

its not the fans who get the points though. the fans show support the team plays and if youre clubs is that great sureley you can manage more than that... piss poor

Try 153[/quote]
Crikey i remember trips to the likes of Wigan on a cold Tuesday night when we were disappointed with 700 fans and LDV games away to the likes of Bristol Rovers and Bournemouth when with all ticket restrictions we took 300-400.

Face facts your support is a joke-a bit like Andy D'ursos anti Roy Keane bias today

how many disabled in that figure, bet its high
