I really feel for BBM.....

Fri Sep 11, 2026 2:27 pm

Top manager in my eyes. A big future and clearly practicing what he learned at Man City etc.

And the board are selling him down the river. When they eventually sack him after not backing him expecting him to perform miracles and keeping the heat off them, it will be the greatest travesty of the Evil dictators era.

I wont say any more on a particular conversation I had today, but simply an International player has talks. Player wants to come, BBM seemed happy, but the board said NO. He was a free signing.

Desperate for players. The board turn him down. The board say theyll back BBM. Well theres your answer.BBM says he has their backing? He knows the score. He has zero backing.

This is not new news but still a shock as to how apathetic the board are in relation to CCFC.

What a chance to elavate us as a club after last year. The evil Dictator and his cruel junta have a plan indeed, but its not what people think and it wont be what people want.

It is imperative he is run out of town before he kills the club once and for all.

I think most of us know he had players he wanted and told no money to spend on transfers and wages but has to toe the line in the media. It was blaintantly obviously what was coming when it went down to the wire of the window gone and still the talk or 3 or 4 more coming in which didn't happen but his stock will go up should he keep us up for sure which means he be off elsewhere sooner rather than later sadly.

This post tickled me, you make it sound like these three are malevolent not incompetent. I've never understood the evil dictator stuff the bloke owns the club, like every other owner in the country. The "Junta" are a couple of used car salesmen that sold Tan on their ability to run a football club, how such a successful businessman hasn't figured out they can't is beyond me. Plan what plan? Tans plan is he's going to somehow walk away with a profit, the other two don't want the gravy train to stop, there is no plan it's plug holes and do it very cheaply until Tan either dies or sells

If this is case bbm should grow some balls and give tan ultimatum back me or I will go when get a job offer? And theres sure to be offers by January window ! No ifs buts do it.

I am certain that BBM has been assured by the three stooges that they support him 100% and back him absolutely.

But that support does not include making any funds available to sign players.

Other than that, they fully support him.

In my line of work I've done that but in his which is alot more money obviously so i probably wouldn't although he could get a job quick elsewhere anyway I've no doubt about that and be given the tools to do it.

The trouble is if a any manager comes out and says how it is then what would his next employers be thinking hearing that if he did come out and say some real facts behind everyone's thoughts but that's probably why you don't hear many real home truths told by managers in today football. They are just a scapegoat for above at most clubs irrelevant what goes on behind the scenes.

Jonny,

I know 100% your telling the truth and this is a Tragedy for Our Club.

You personally spoke to the player and he thought he was coming then BBM is Blocked.

Until BBM has the balls to come out against them, if he fails badly this season he will be the one who’s head will be in the block like All previous managers.

Jonny
How can any cardiff fans stand up for this board ,it annoys the hell out of me when some fans have a go at others for daring to question the board surely there is non left backing this disgraceful board.

BBM must be wondering what the f.ck is going on .
Protest will need to start again I am sure the manger team and fans, are been let down how many more seasons can this go on

We cannot stand by and watch our club going down the sh.tter the time will come again for ALL CARDIFF FANS to come together not just some its our club.

It's been obvious for a while what's happening, BBM stated long before the window closed that he needed and expected players to come in and didn't get any. He has also put 2 keepers on the bench at the last two away games, then on tuesday we had a 15 + 16 year old on the bench which is to prove a point to the clowns who run our club like a sunday pub team. The sooner we get rid of these three the better.

Beat me to it I was gonna ask the same thing, surely it doesn't matter about naming the player now as if it's off then no harm done

Re: I really feel for BBM.....

Will Smallbone would be my guess, international, Irish so BBM probably knows him, good player also always injured

Doesn’t shock me at all,tan and his clowns need to go and I’ve said this for years and years and I won’t ever change,Cardiff will never progress with these clowns at the helm, bbm basically doing a job with his hands tied behind his back, there’s Welsh league teams run better then Cardiff and that’s a fact, capital of wales big catchment area we crying out for owners that care and take us to the next level, because tan and his clowns suck the life out of Cardiff city for me

I'm always up for protesting against these clowns. They can't be allowed to ruin our club anymore.

My fear is, if we get relegated Tan will sell all the best players and we will not go back up for many years.
