Instead of the burgundy trim , if they had made this yellow instead I think it would look much better

So much thought and design expertise has clearly gone into this unique, high quality sports jersey.

Worth every penny of the £65 it'll cost.

I love the badge but are we allowed to have a different badge on the kit ? In the back of my head i thought there was a rule against that. However my mind may be just making that fact up

If the home top looked like that I'd buy it

There are no strict competition rules preventing clubs from using different crests, so they can have a different badge on their home and away kits, and many teams use variation, such as colour-tinted logos or retro throwbacks, on their alternate strips

I sincerely hope this is one such occurrence, as I would consider buying that one! :bluebird: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

Rangers fans are complaining Castore have changed what size a kids strip goes up to. Consequently a kit for an 8 year old, that had previously cost £50 now costs £119.

If you know you City history you would find red has been a prominent colour on our away kits way before Tan was with us
I think we played 15 odd season between late 80s and tan era that red was part of our away kit
I have no issues with it at all Home kit is a different thing

It’s a minor thing, possibly representing the Welsh link, and we’ve had red in our away kits well before the incident you are clearly referring too, as this gordy one from 1993/94 shows, so I personally can’t see a problem

If the new away kit is indeed like the one in the image above, i.e. without the dragon, it’s a major ‘win’ for kit-wearing Bluebird supporters! :bluebird: :ayatollah:

Plain white like Swansea, England and Leeds, with a badge and sponsor on.

So much imagination and thought has gone into the most boring kit possible.

It's yet another pathetic effort. What happened to creating something different and unique, like the old South Wales echo away shirt Sven posted above? I had the home shirt and it's still my favourite ever City shirt with the unique design.

Why do our kits have to be so boring all the time now?

I actually quite like the away kit. Much better than the home one, albeit it is a low bar.

It’s not white, it’s more of a cream. Officially it’s called ‘ecru’.

Personally think it’s a quality one.

I think the biggest issue is we've had the same sponsor forever. It just makes all the kits look the same

The important bit is the badge; and I thought people might be ‘happy’ about that alone

The shirt itself is smart by standards and will be quite smart to wear casually this summer :ayatollah:

The shirt might look better in the flesh.
I do like the bluebird badge,
Is visit Malaysia a shirt sponsor or is it something do with tan.
How much do visit Malaysia pay to sponsorthe shirts and are they contracted to Cardiff for a number of years,I would like to see a better design on the shirt,it looks plain considering what they can do these days.

It’s a Tan thing! He’s part of the Establishment out there, and wants to promote that country

No issues with that, so long as ‘sponsorship’ monies are being put into the club; but the question is ‘by whom , how much in reality, and how?

Kit could have been pink with that badge and I'd still love it. 27/28 we need the same badge in home kit

Thank you for that Sven,
I always wondered how much a shirt sponsore would pay for the privalge.
