True on both accounts.
Rubin will never have a run under Bellers.

My understanding is this is personal from bellers. Something to do with when he was training the academy and had allegations against him from a player who has since left the club. If this is true then bellers has gone way down in my estimation.

I'm not a fan of the job Bellamy is doing but it's Rubin's own fault. He should have stuck up for Bellamy when people in the academy were telling lies about him.
I also don't think Rubin is any better than the players above him in the pecking order in his position when it comes to Wales.

Ruben was just a kid at the time and was probably "advised" by the club not to side if Bellamy. Ruben chose to put his footballing future first.

Not good enough. He should have been honest and spoke up to say it was all lies about Bellamy.
Choosing to not stick up for someone who was having lies told about them just to further his own career is not a good thing.

Agree, I don't rate Rubin in the Welsh squad, too inconsistent for me. The championship is a perfect time to show his worth,. Hope he performs for us on a consistent basis.

I assume when you say last year you mean last season, not when we were in the championship and Rubin certainly wasn’t head and shoulders above everyone else.?
Hopefully you right and next season he will prove his worth and get into the wales. But he needs to earn it not just give. Because he Welsh and came through our academy, just look at his brother twice the player he is and will make at being a top end championship player easily.
We just need to accept he just isn’t that good a player currently.

BBM- Technical ability make the ball do the work, with controlled pressing
Bellers- Aggressive press with athletes getting to the ball first over everything else.
Rubin is too lanky to be a Bellers player.

How many time have we heard this. He was supposed to rip up league 1 according to some here. That never happened. He had a few good games but nothing to suggest he’s going to break out in the championship.

BBM is building the team around him he sees his worth but many of our own seen to look for faults. Yes he isn't perfect but some to say he doesn't press much watch another game to me. His work rate is very good as proven by actual stats.
Rubin is a huge player for us and not being picked by Bellamy I can only think is personal when you see other who get picked

I don't think BBM would be picking Rubin if he had Harry Wilson in the squad.
