So it looks like they are both in a good place / future:

Wrexham and Swansea have both celebrity owners and it’s got them both world wide recognition and both doing well over all.

Wrexham better than anyone ever expected :

I have had to continually watch Wrexham celebrate year after year and today see Swansea m’s stadium celebrating and enjoying every moment, YET CARDIFF CITY STADIUM IS SOULESS A FACT:

Swansea and Wrexham both together are not as big as Cardiff City, yet all we seem to get is Missery:

So as we are in League 1 / Division 3 yes top of the Table / But far worse off than we were 15 yrs ago, as we are currently £150 Million in Debt and in a Lower League and with a Hierarchy that have NO Interest in Cardiff City what’s so ever.

Yes we have BBM / Who will need backing next season big time and we don’t know how he will handle the Championship.

My point is, Tan has had at least 4 Different Offers in the last 5 yrs and has accepted 2 Offers to only change his mind at the last minute.

WHILE VINCENT TAN IS HERE AND DALMAN / CHOO ARE CARDIFF CITY WILL NEVER PROGRESS DESPITE 15 YEARS OF FALSE PROMISES AND LIES:

“We will ever get good buyers whilst Tan refuses to sit down with genuine buyers South African / Americans / Gareth Bale etc

A Club with an Average of 10,000 and another 15,000 are more in the News World Wide and their Fans are Bouncing.

Are Cardiff City Fans Bouncing?

Are Our Owners ever in attendance?

What do you they do in Our Stadium to help the Atmosphere?

Totally agree with you Annis, we missed out big time in the summer with the South Africans, let's hope this summer Tan finally f**ks off and let people come in who have ambition and want to take the club forward. If he stays, and we go up i fear for next season, Tan will not spend in the championship at the level we need to succeed.

While I don't like the idea of celebrity owners (said this numerous times in the summer about the Bale bid), you are spot on that we need new owners if we want to progress in the Championship.

We will need to spend money on the squad in the summer and I just don't see that happening with Tan.

It wouldn't suprise me if Tan thinks that because we have done well this season with no money spent then the same can be done in the Championship, but anyone who knows anything about football knows that's not true - the problem is he doesn't.

That has entered My head Ned, Tan might believe he can do well again on spending nothing.

100% We would go straight back down and it would be even harder to get Fans to return .

I think he will either look to sell, or gamble and look to spend and back BBM to try and go up for more. He wants out but for as much as he can get, and won't want to take low offers from speculators.

I don't think he would risk spending no money and potentially go down again, that makes no sense.

He will weigh up the values based on both scenarios and decide.

I think Swansea are not well run, Wrexham superb.

What scares me about tan is i can't see him selling unless we are in the Prem

But I can't see us getting there unless we are financially backed
so it's feels like a catch 22 at the moment

Unless a party willing to pay tan what he wants which i can't see whilst we are a league one or championship club i fear we are stuck with him

This is why I'm not a fan of owners that say they will put dept into equity because no matter what level we are the shares end up being worth more than the club and that's why no one is offering what tan wants

We need new owners but I'd take our ownership over what Swansea have currently got any day of the week. Snoop Dog isn't the answer

When we get promoted it is a perfect time for Tan to sell.

I have a worry is that he will think BBM can get us to the prem on the cheap and stay another season.

Well I would not without a doubt not.

Look at the new belief he’s brought.

But he’s not the owner, just put some money in, NO Control :thumbright:

Tan I will state now will NEVER ever gets us to the Premier.

Tans family want him out and NO more money in to CCFC

Plus your right he wants to go out with glory, I just hope it’s this Sumner.

Absolutely perfect time to sell.

That is a worry.

With every finger and toe crossed let's hope with every fibre of being that Tan sells up over the summer to a consortium/party that will seriously boost the chances of our beloved Cardiff City of reaching the heights that we dream of.

We've had a great season so far and it would be amazing if we were promoted as Champions, Tan sells up and the first thing our new owners do is swap the Canton with the family stand (and fire Wayne Nash!)

If Carlsberg ... fill in the rest!

Selfish deluded idiot and I'll never forgive him for the rebrand, it's pretty obvious he's lost interest and we will never get to the next level with him in charge, if we go up this season it's the perfect time for him to sell and let someone who wants to push us forward whilst we're riding the crest of a wave of positivity on the pitch

Tan got lucky with this manager,he has turned out to be very good and knows how to deal with our kids and rotation etc.
He won't be backed in the summer and the danger is if we struggle in the Championship (presuming we fo up)Tan will sack him and replace him with Russell Slade.

Dalhman is the man that also needs to go,
He also has a big influence on the way we proceed.

I really hope that Sala case gets sorted and Tan gets a decent offer this summer with us in the championship and that we move forward with owners prepared to invest.

But, two bigger clubs than us in Sheffield Wednesday and Leicester would love the stability that VT brings us.

Neil,

STABILITY YOUR HAVING A LAUGH???

The only reason he would not let us go under he wants All his money back.

Listen 15 yrs of lies and enough is enough.

3 times We have had Transfer Embargoes

Sala, he said in the first few years if The Langston case can come to an end he would make is Debt Free, well it did and Tan never.

The odds of Tan winning the Sala case is very very low.

He certainly did.

15yrs later and thankfully BBM came to us for the Job, Said “I don’t need any money.”

Taxman is paid.
Other clubs are paid.
HMRC aren’t taking us to court constantly.
Players are getting paid.

Transfer embargoes are because of the clowns he employs at the club and the paperwork being late. It happens at other clubs as well. It’s not good and isn’t professional but it happens.

Whatever reason he pays these bills we aren’t having to sell players to keep the taxman from winding us up. We aren’t having to sell our captain to pay wages. We aren’t seeking 5 years worth of season tickets to get to the end of the season.

Sheffield Wednesday would love to be as stagnant as we are.

He needs to go, no doubt about that. He has lost interest. He could do things a lot better. He should be doing things a lot better. But let’s not make out we have been well run since the first couple of seasons under Sam. We have been reacting to stuff ever since then.

Most clubs have issues and fans who arent happy. That’s the nature of the beast.

Even at the top end people aren’t happy for whatever reason.

Some are even blinded by their hatred of the owner so much they want that owner gone. Spurs and Levy spring to mind.

Sadly I would be surprised if a lot of fans share your view, this season we have cleared a lot out and murphys according to some says he did not want any in ? I am sure if a 15 million war chest was on offer murphy would not have turned it down . We will see what happens when and if we are promoted.

Which would add to the debt.

I thought we wanted the debt down?

I think you would be surprised.

How many turn up for the marches against Tan?

People aren’t really that arsed.

How Sheff Wed fans are arsed about who runs then because they are losing 4 - 6 million players for free because they aren’t paying wages.

Almost like us losing a 2 million pound midfielder for 300k.

He may have wanted a few better players if there was money there, but not a bigger squad for the reasons he's given many times.

And his reasoning for it makes perfect sense and is part of the reason we've had a good season so far.
