Barnsley are 15th but do have four games in hand on us, outside shot at playoff contention?

They'll have to replace Keillor-Dunn if he does leave which won't be easy.

McGoldrick is a decent striker but he's 38 now so not sure they can rely on him consistently.

I'm pretty sure Robinson will start this game but wouldn't be adverse to Kellyman playing up top as he done it plenty of times for villa and Chelsea youth teams

We really need to get back to winning ways so hope we can take it up a notch from Saturday

Barnsley winger Reyes Cleary has been subject to a second bid from Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

Bristol City are another second-tier outfit said to be interested in joining the race, according to Alan Nixon’s Patreon.

This latest bid from Rovers is said to be £1.5m plus add-ons, but that still falls around three times lower than Barnsley’s valuation of Cleary. While the Robins may come with an improved offer, it remains to be seen if that’s any closer to the £5m mark.

Any side vying for the 21-year-old’s service will be acutely aware that Cleary only joined Barnsley in the summer, on a three-year deal. And the South Yorkshire outfit also have an option for a further year, meaning they hold all the cards.

The Birmingham-born forward has been in red-hot form this campaign, scoring five times and providing seven assists in 19 League One outings this term.

He drew national attention following his performance in the FA Cup 3rd Round against Liverpool earlier this month. TNT Sports commentator Ally McCoist gave the winger his Man of the Match award, despite losing 4-1 at Anfield.

100% expect us to win this.

Barnsley don’t keep clean sheets, if we can get an early goal it should be an easy 3 points.

We always seem to react well after a game we didn't win.

Weren't terrible on Saturday but don't think we deserved to win.

So I'll think we'll bounce back tomorrow and win the game. Would imagine it will be too soon for Salech. No serious injury but the club said he needs a short period of rest.

Scott Banks has made the move to Barnsley following the conclusion of his Blackpool loan.
Scott Banks has found a new League One club following an early end to his loan with Blackpool.

The 24-year-old made the temporary move from St. Pauli to Bloomfield Road back in the summer, and was initially signed to play Steve Bruce’s 4-4-2 formation.

An injury disrupted the ex-Scotland youth international’s first couple of months on the Fylde Coast, and by the time he returned to action there had been a change of manager.Under Ian Evatt, Banks was forced to adapt to a wing-back system, but couldn’t truly find his place, despite producing some moments of quality.

Throughout his spell in Tangerine, the wide man was on hand with five goals and two assists in 20 appearances in all competitions - even with his game time becoming limited in recent times.

Despite being recalled by St. Pauli, Banks will remain in England, having been immediately sent back out to Barnsley.
