To see a struggling team like Blackpool overrun our midfield with little resistance a number of times on the break is worrying.
It certainly doesn't work with the combination used yesterday and the previous 2 Saturdays were not much better.
Yes, we looked good early season, but as the matches have progressed, we have become a mid table team that's still hanging on to a higher league position.
We desperately need a Graham Kavanagh type signing to organise the younger lads from the base of midfield.
I'd also consider this player as captain as I feel there is lack of leadership in the team.
But, will Tan give BBM the money for the 'quality' he needs in January?

We had riminota and ralls as leaders in midfield, but murphy wants kids only, our midfield has been our weak spot i agree and the lone striker.

I think maybe a 5 at the back and keep some cover when pressing would solve it, thats how Blackpool caught us out and every other team will now try that option.
Up front no idea, Salech just seems lost at the moment and very slow to react to anything.![]()
Still in top 4 though so we are still in with a very good shout

Well when we got rid of our experience and replaced them will kids I just felt this would be our downfall. We need some of that experience and now it beginning to show.

Which players would you have kept?
I think keeping Ralls would have been an idea.

Murphy cannot decide what his starting 11 should be
"Keep up"

It's hard to keep up when it doesn't make much sense. What do you mean by "a loan striker is getting cancelled out of the game"? What loan striker? What game?
Didn't even notice who wrote it.

Although I don't agree with Monty, to be fair to him I think he means a "lone" striker - so a striker playing up front on their own and not a striker on loan.
