Big win here. I’m thinking 5-0. Finally we click against a very poor team

These are the kind of games that make me nervous, how many times have we seen us mess up a home banker, I'll take a scrappy 1-0 just need them 3 points

Finally? Didn't we beat Plymouth 4-0 a few weeks ago?

Don't recall Ben Turner being with them but there are other players that have a connection with both clubs, Brayford and Bywaters are 2 that come to mind.

Ben Turner signed for Burton in 2019 after leaving us and re-joining Coventry :ayatollah:

What stands out about us at the moment is we have players, Chambers, Robinson, Ng, who are senior players in a young team, but still grafting even if they aren’t always selected.

Nobody appears to be downing tools, even the likes of Wintle who has had it rough here since joining, but he’s having a superb season so far in comparison to other seasons with us.

BBM has them all chomping at the bit and fair play, with the rich pampered lifestyle the professional footballers lead that’s no easy task.

And this far, the message seems clear, you want in the team? Show more in training. If you sulk you’ll be the one out of the team. And it’s working

We should expect to get 3 points out of this one!
If we don't, I would imagine it to be a match where we have all the possession but struggle to put the ball in the net.

Both Jimmy Floyd-H and Neil Warnock have managed Burton Albion in the past.

I am always nervous when we play bottom of the table teams, have been since Hull many years back, as they always up the game and quite often get a result.

So hopefully we will be on our game and a 4-0 win.

We will be too good enough for these guys, not scoring enough though. We need a good win to build confidence in front of goal.

However, how many times have i travelled down to watch city on for a certain win and………

Early goal needed

Last seaon when we took a lead none of us felt confidence we would hold it. This season is different.

Very important to put on a dominant display tonight, us fans have a part to play.

I always wonder that. Often hear people say "this could be the game that we thrash someone".

I normally think back to the 4-0 against Plymouth, 4-0 is a thrashing in my view.

First corner goes to the back post & then out for a throw in. Why are we persevering with corners to the back post?

More lovely play on the edge of Burton's box from Cardiff and both Salech and David Turnbull try their luck, to no avail. A lot of Burton bodies in the way.
