PLAYERS HAD ENOUGH OFF RIZA / RAMSEY GET

Sat Apr 12, 2025 6:49 pm

Get Ramsey as Temporary Manager Now as the players Respect him and I have just heard would love to have him their now, as players have had enough of Riza continuing to blame them and none of them know week in week out if they are starting or don’t even know the formations.

Riza 5 Wins 29 games and just 1 Win in our last 10 games:

One player I can’t name said he believes they could stay up under Ramsey as Riza they really don’t how to play for him as he does not know what’s he’s doing.

The appointment of managerial novice Omer Riza will cost Cardiff City a whopping £15m, and the potential loss of a generation of fans.

Cuts to the playing, administration and coaching staff will be savage if, likely now, the Bluebirds slide into League One, losing a Championship status secured under Sam Hammam's ownership 22 years ago in May.

Ex-Leyton Orient caretaker and Cheshunt manager Riza has won only nine out of 36 league games since stepping in for sacked Erol Bulut early season.

Riza should have absolutely not even been given the job in the first place, but These players have not earnt the right to say what manager they get
not even close
What, their mate , gets the job and they try harder?

It highly unlikely he would do any worse. Get Morrison in too to help with defence.

Could be a great option, it might work even if we go down.

I no its crazy to get rid of a manager at this stage .A lot of ex professionals would say you have to keep him now..I'm not a professional but I do think keeping riza will definitely relegate us I've no doubt about it.
He should of gone as far back as Luton away .That's when I first saw the real rot set in .
A huge gamble taken by the club to appoint hom hasn't payed off.
I'd rather get someone else in now and get rid of riza that's my own opinion

Question, was Ramsey even there today?

Wouldn't be against them giving it to Ramsey for the last four games, can't be any worse than this.

I've given up on us staying up, but it would be nice to see some pride out there.

Fair play to Ralls, he was straight on the pitch at the end of the game trying to lift the players while the manager fucked off down the tunnel hiding

Sounds a right happy house NOT.

Riza says we can still beat the drop. Of course we can if we start winning games but how is he going to do that if he is pissing off the players? To me it sounds like drastic action is needed.

If Riza isn't sacked within the next 48 hours, then that's the final nail in the coffin.

I just cannot fathom why Tan puts himself into detriment with his beyond senseless decisions.

Ramsey was definitely there I saw him on the big screen talking to some of the old captains when they had their photo taken when they were lined up on the touchline just before Marshall was interviewed.

I’ve said it before and my opinion hasn’t changed.

People were saying that we gave the job to a rookie like Riza. That is correct and was a terrible decision.

There was countless threads that we had to go for a manager who had experience in the championship, and specifically with experience of a relegation fight.

Now, people are saying give the job to Ramsey or Ralls, both of which have not only ‘little’ experience of managing a football team, but they have NO experience of managing a football team.

We go from Rookie to no experience whatsoever.

I’m not against one of them taking over as an interim for the final 4 games, but we have made these mistakes before.

Let’s not make them again.

Another bullshit thread from people who think they know the ins and outs of the club but actually know sod all, no wonder our club is in a mess with so called supporters like these.

At this desperate time we don’t need a “Manager”, we have a board responsible for that (hence the shameful state we’re in) we need a “coach” who could possibly get a tune out of this squad now and for just 4 matches. Too late to bring in an outsider, palpably Riza has lost the players, the only option is to use someone who is known and respected by the players and knows the best way to use a football! Ramsay is made for this, “come the hour come the man”. Any thoughts beyond the next 4 games is pointless. Our so called Directors should hold their heads in shame, how they can show their faces at the ground is beyond belief….er um I think this is the one thing that they’ve been successful at. :sad7: :sad7: :sad7:

Ralls & Ramsey are keen on doing their training to get their coaching badges to hopefully go into management in the future, they do not fancy having a relegation on their CV before they even start, thats all I am going to say on this matter.

Ralls and Ramsey till the end of the season at least they would know the players that were up for the fight .

A new manager hasn’t enough time to get to know the players Ralls and Ramsey for me till the end of the season

Spot on, the players are equally to blame. It hasn't been good enough and we deserve to go down. Even worse dropping with no fight.
