THE SALA MYTH :
Dalman is being Dalman ….in causing confusion by making a correct statement which diverts from the real truth. He successfully hoodwinked those who met him yesterday by his smokescreens .
He Could sell sand to the Arabs.
He CORRECTLY says that the Premiere League (and even the PFA) had not yet sanctioned Sala to play for us . Sure … he could not yet play for us (due to a technicality) … but this is totally separate from the actual transfer . Dalman is saying that because at the time of the accident the PL had not -yet- sanctioned Sala to play for us (true) ….. and so he was not our player ! Wrong wrong wrong !
The reality is that WE BOUGHT SALA FROM NANTES - AND THE TRANSFER WAS 100% COMPLETE ! HE WAS OUR PLYER ! The WFA (Welsh F.A) confirmed the registration .. so did the French FA… so did FIFA … or whatever legal bodies . We bought Sala and Nantes delivered him - end of - we have to pay ! He was our player .
Of course we have to register him with the PL to play for us … and it is true that this was not yet completed when the accident happened ….. but this has nothing to do with Nantes and the transfer ! He was our player and the PL authorization is totally separate from the transfer !
FIFA 100% confirmed this and ordered us to pay and later sanctioned and embargoed us . The CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport ) in Switzerland ruled 100% against us ! Now we went to the SFA (Swiss Federal Court) …. There is no chance that this court can rule that Sala was not our player.
Conclusion : WE HAVE TO PAY NANTES ! That is why we have the two separate embargoes by the EFL and FIFA.

You can buy a new car from a dealership but can't drive it until it's registered with the DVLA. You still own the car.
Sorry Sala for this analogy but the principle is the same, we need to pay up and if we want to find someone to sue, then that's a different argument.

Absolutely spot on.
Emiliano Sala was registered as a Cardiff City player.
But not as a Premier League player to go in to their competition, but Sala was a fully registered Cardiff player.

But the sale contract might have to say that it has to be fully registered?

Sala was a fully registered Cardiff City player Wez and you by now know this lol
Thats also why 3 courts have all said Sala was a Cardiff City player.
Sala was registered as a Cardiff City player end off, but not as a Premier League player, you have all known this for over 3 yrs a FACT.

It was always the case... Dalman says, and someone believes.
Does history not tell people time and time again that Dalman will never give a straight answer.
If, as is indicated, that the Regime keep a keen eye on this board, I'd just like to tell Dalman the fans are no mugs. He can go laughing off down to Monaco thinking he can hoodwink and be clever.
Well heres your first test, lets see the Sala fee paid Wednesday.

Yes let’s see it paid this Wednesday and put to rest Jonny.
Dalman, would make a brilliant MP in my opinion.

Lol selling sand to the arabs has been a trick used by many previous owners / chairmen , Rick Wright, Hammam, Ridsdale , Tan & Dalman - that is how they have all operated. Early Season Ticket for transfers ? , Bogus overseas companies and trusts lending money to the club at exorbitant interest rates , those loans approved by the same people that seemingly owned the loan companies. It's a sorry tale of bluff , counterbluff and accountant tricks, this isnt the first and wont be the last.

I wish Dalman had gone to Charlton like he planned, their has never been as bad as bullshitter at our club than him. And now he’s getting a big wage of us and expenses, whilst he lives in one of the most expensive places in the world Monaco and works for his boss in his London business and visits us every few weeks.

I have thought - and I have no answer in terms of visible benefits - other than putting Dai Hunt in the Directors box for a game.
In theory both Choo and Dalman run the corporate strategy and management of the business. Budgets, revenue generation, corporate box ticking / accounts etc. All I can remember are the dodgy decisions - like the Panamanian loans at silly interest rates, Ridsdale season tickets, employing his wife (I think) on silly money, then we had the club painter and decorator under Tan. Hammam wanting to make us the new Wimbledon and play in green I believe etc
The list goes on

Cant even compare:
I have to intervene here, Sam met our fans regarding colour change etc etc and we All said NO, so Sam never.
Tan was told NO by us and I personally had a meeting with him for 4hrs and he promised me it would not happen and it all did, do completely different.

How a few of you can still try to defend Tan & Co is unbelievable and even with all that is continually happening, it’s shocking.
Keep trying to blame others.
Tans Regime have been in total control for more than 12 yrs.
And we are in the shit on and if the pitch, sadly facts no matter how his few disciples try to twist it.

VT, MD, KC can do one and SH can stay well away as well. A new brush is needed to sweep the place clean, who that would be I have no idea. Lots of people making comments on what someone should do with THEIR investment, clearly VT has done something right in life to be as wealthy as he is. Is he the one to run our club? I think its time to move on, settle the Sala debt and sort the club out.
Certain people will still moan about something wrong with the club even then

Totally agree Annis and I will always resent tan for replacing the bluebirds with his reds for 2 and a half years.sadly he owns the club not us so whatever we think of Choo and dalman hes happy to employ them and he pays their wages

Mike,
Agreed, for me there was No way back from that, 4 years off torture and loss of pride and identity.
But the circus continues, but sadly a few still stick up for them, which is more than shocking.

It was also said at the meetings that players were being loaned out despite there not being the ability at present to bring replacements in as a manager`s decision on the basis that he didn’t believe they would have a part to play in the first team squad this season.
Would the EFL embargo being lifted have any real impact as long as there's a FIFA embargo, I do not think so.

The issue over ownership of ES has been decided. He was our player end of. No further discussing needed
The 2nd action (see my post yesterday) talks about what we as a club can now do to obtain compensation following the loss of OUR ASSET

Funny you don’t say a bad word about them two?
Not football fans and made a couple hundred £mill from Cardiff City and just walked away without doing anything really for our club.

Question to Annis or indeed any else with information !
Is the EFL embargo a separate and additional issue to the Sala issue or is the EFL just mirroring the FIFA embargo by enforcing it on the domestic scene?

One other thing if McGuiniss is indeed our player the EFL have no legal stance in preventing him returning to his parent club!
