Yes I would like Wales to forgo it. Why on earth do any of the countries need to be "represented by their political leaders" at a sporting event? It could be argued, depending on ones view, that countries like Qatar should be shunned for their home actions; or it could be seen as an opportunity to engage with the Qatari powers with diplomacy

My voting choices are immaterial and my politics are not for this platform, but I have met Mark Drakeford on a personal basis more than once and he comes across as a genuine, family orientated man, who just wants to do his best

Diplomacy seems to be the key word for a World Cup (in Qatar) that should never have been but is going ahead. The opportunity to engage, teach and learn rather than ignore or appease can only be good for all concerned
