I had similar during the Re-Brand.

My adversaries hijacked another forum and slagged me off behind a closed forum. I know this as we had someone on the inside reporting back to us. I also has one or two confronting me behind their keyboard. One actually posted he was going to slap me if he saw me at the football. He was encouraged by the big Red Leader who thought it was all amusing. As I take my daughter to all the games I watch then if that happened I would have had each and everyone of them.

Fortunately most of them no longer support the club. Those that remain were a bit embarrassed about their involvement. The other forum had to close down due to the bad name it was getting thanks to them. I still support the club while most of them have left and I say good riddance to them.

Our squad is virtually worthless.

Any real good players are not ours.

The majority of our kids won’t be good enough for next season unless we want to end up bottom 3 next season.

We are in big debt.

Court case after courts case, costing our club £millions.


The one big positive, we got rid of negative football with managers like Mick McCarthy and have a young manager trying to play football and giving 110% with a squad never say die, but way way of even play off material.

This Summer to me is one of our biggest ever in transfers in and out as that will really tell us where we are going.

Please NO more James Collins or Max Watters as main strikers.
Collins to me belongs in League 1 or 2.

Last thing to be positive, 2 or 3 youngsters out of say 10 might make it and be very good Championship players.

No one else coming through as the U23’s & U18’s at present a few yrs off.

Plus a Committee lacking football knowledge and never to be seen or heard from.

Regarding barclay getting 'shot down', if he is entitled to be overly critical about absolutely everything then people are entitled to disagree with him. People on here moan that they're entitled to their opinion and then complain when someone else has a different opinion. The club are guilty of pissing away a silly amount of money. Poor managers and years of paying over the odds for average players has caught up to us and we've had to cut back significantly to meet ffp. The majority of clubs go through periods of progression and regression. We are no different. Since morison has come in we have improved significantly though. Agree? The future isn't all roses but it certainly looks less bleak than it did a few months ago.

Why can’t people be honest, our club is in a mess and the future is not all roses, very much the opposite.

I was going to answer Annis but I read this post and couldn’t have put it better myself.

On a personal note I didn’t mind his views but his constant negative attitude, constant whinging about everything, not just the board just sucks the life out this forum.

I’m more than happy with where we are at the moment all things considered. Yes, the summer will be interesting and could go either way. I’m also happy watching our football because entertainment value and points wise we have improved so much from the previous managers.

People on here moan that they're entitled to their opinion and then complain when someone else has a different opinion. You choice to constantly criticise the club is no different to people who prefer to look for the positives instead. It goes both ways.

If people are going to get upset about how people respond to them, a Public forum probably isn't the best place to be posting their views.

I was going to answer Annis but I read this post and couldn’t have put it better myself.

On a personal note I didn’t mind his views but his constant negative attitude, constant whinging about everything, not just the board just sucks the life out this forum.

I’m more than happy with where we are at the moment all things considered. Yes, the summer will be interesting and could go either way. I’m also happy watching our football because entertainment value and points wise we have improved so much from the previous managers.

Just seems like he was negative for the sake of being negative but didn't like having that pointed out.haha. Boring and predictable.

I think most people understand that We could and should be in a better position on and off the pitch but due to poor decisions, we aren't. That said, people can also see changes have been made and things are improving.

I agree, Im actually looking forward to the summer and next season..

Do I agree with what you post most of the time? Certainly not.

But do I agree with what you say in this post? 100%.

One example is a response to your comments on Perry Ng on Saturday. The person responding seemed to not properly read what you said and made their mind up because it was you saying it.

Hope you reconsider because this forum would be a boring place if we all agreed.

I thought you were that weird Jack to start with so never bothered answering any of your comments but Forever blue seemed to vouch for you so did start recently.

I get that there are all sorts of on here, its far more varied than my "real life friends" and we all have different opinions. Its not the anti Tan stuff its the pro Sam stuff that confused me. Sam is from a different era, he made his money and moved on.

I think you and forever blue represent a very small percentage of our fanbase views on the club, most are happy or at least not unhappy with the current regime.

I hope you reconsider as you do provoke debate and debate move opinions and however much i disagree with your point its better than that total bollox Daya is allowed to post.

Which flies in face of his last paragraph and tbh it is a constant with his statements fairly often it is opposite to the real facts... and why oh why does he have to end every post with a dig at the "regime" even when the thread or post as got sfa to do with them? It's no wonder people push back at him.... like said before he's his own worse enemy.

Our away support has been remarkable this season considering the performances. Compared to 5-10 years ago we’re also much better supported on the road (excluding promotion/PL seasons).

Also, according to this tweet, our home support when you exclude away fans at the CCS has us as the 8th best supported team in the Championship. For home fans alone we’re getting 17k+ which is more than the total attendances for the 15/16 season where we finished 8th and the 16/17 season where we finished 12th. Bear in mind numbers for those seasons include away fans.

I would absolutely agree with you that the fan base is more united now than previous years. Not only are we more united but our fan base has also grown by several thousand.

If so.eone has a different view to you it doesn't mean they are bullying you, there's probably a 50/50 split on this forum of pro regime/against the current regime, only a couple of you think they are being bullied the rest just put there points for and against in a positive way .
