Max Watters is still out after rolling his ankle in training, while Curtis Nelson (calf) is also absent.

Sean Morrison and Isaac Vassell have both been ruled out for the season.

For the visitors, Fulham skipper Tom Cairney will miss the match owing to illness, while Rodrigo Muniz is back available after missing out on the matches against Huddersfield and Peterborough due to a calf problem.

We have been better team without Nelson, in thought, and distribution.

As poor as they have been, I'm still surprised that Collins and bacuna can't find a way onto the subs bench. At the very least they possess the skill and experience experience, whether they use it or not, to have the ability to influence a game if needed.

Sorry Barclay ,i agree with a lot you have to say, but Collins is a Div1 striker at best and I wouldnt let Bacuna anywhere near that bench. He may have experience but hasnt the attitude
Morison has his 4 strikers and you would have to leave one out to accommodate Collins

Lovely work from Joe Bryan there, with a quick one-two with Mitrovic to get into City's box. Drameh gets in to put a tackle in before Doyle can just clear.

Cardiff defend the corner well and Doughty carries the ball out at pace, running about 50 yards before winning a throw in Fulham's half. Great work by him.

Cardiff break after a Neco Williams mistake. Ralls slides in Colwill down the wing and he hits a first-time cross with his left, but Chalobah cuts it out before Doyle can latch on to it in the box.

Fantastic work by McGuinness! Wilson is played in by Tosin, who floats a lovely ball over the top, but before the Welshman can poke it towards goal the defender puts in a crunching challenge.

Wilson then overhits the corner and Cardiff have a goal kick.

Cardiff have done well to neutralise Fulham's obvious attacking threats so far, but are struggling to impose themselves at the top end of the pitch themselves.

A cross from Fulham ends up bobbling in the box and falls to Wilson, who strikes a volley nicely, but Smithies does well to hold on to the effort.

Huge chance!

Collins is played through on goal. No one else around him, a cocmplete one on one, but he tries to chip Rodak and hits it straight at the keeper's chest.

Will they rue that miss? Big opportunity.

I would use a stronger word

Carvalho is played in down the flank in between Ng and Drameh, but his cross is cut out well by Flint.

Cardiff work the ball down the right and Collins plays in Drameh, whose cross is cleared. Doughty picks it up, shifts inside and hits with his right from 20 yards, but it's tame and Rodak gathers comfortably.

Williams clatters into Collins and Cardiff win a throw deep in Fulham's half.

Vaulks to launch one again...

This is not the best of matches so far, with the Bluebirds nit appearing to have too much ambition beyond the hoof

James Collins might have done a lot better when one on one with the Fulham keeper and they (Fulham) were lucky it wasn't one of our srtikers on the ball
