Once again, Cardiff City has been placed under a transfer embargo despite having a billionaire club owner.

It’s not to do with Tan not paying for Sala, it’s players signed in the last 12months.

Sadly It looks true as it is all over Twitter.

If it is true, for me this awful news and for other City fans as we already have three pending court cases and costs are mounting.

I will say it again this CCFC Committee have not been doing a good job for our club Cardiff City and continue to fail to do so , on my opinion.

Defaulted on payments of transfer, so I’m assuming it relates to the sala fee?

Dalman said a while ago we had fee put aside if we needed to pay… a few months back he said we’d go through the hope! I don’t trust the man personally!

The last transfer embargo we had was a technicality, due to the fact we were late submitting our accounts. This was because the Government had allowed businesses to have more time to do this. We weren't the only ones to be put under an embargo for that, and it wasn't a big problem.

Very different this time.

Dalman will probably do an interview or release a statement but it will all be spin as usual.

Worst thing is that this doesn't even surprise me anymore. Nothing does under the club's current ownership.

This is the 3rd or 4th time under this ownership.

Sadly Correct and more courts cases under these than any other owners , prob put all the owners together and the current regime have had more.

Also press are reporting its Derby, Hull and Reading from the championship plus 5 clubs from other leagues. Why would they not have announced us in that group?

What's going on at our club,billionaire owner,dalman needs to explain what's happening,st are a shambles, should have someone taking calls from fans, about problems on website come on CCFC we are supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL CLUB

51.2.3 If a Club is in default of payments due to another Club (or club) under a transfer or compensation agreement the Club shall be subject to a registration embargo such that it shall not be permitted to register any Player with that Club without the prior written consent of The League until such time as the agreement is honoured.

Sala is several years ago if it was his transfer we would be permanently in embargo as payment due 18mnths ago or longer? If it was him as we havent paid it why were we not sanctioned before for non payment?
