Spot on analysis. The trap door is starting to open so deal with Harris before we drop through it.

We'll see in the next few days exactly what the club's ambitions are for the foreseeable future.
I think we know really don't we?
Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:04 pm
The decision needs to be made immediately. New players are needed and a new manager should decide on them not Harris. A lovely guy but for whatever reason it's not happening

Soon to be 5 in a row with Norwich next week
Perfect chance to get a manager in this week now . Transfer window open and after Norwich we have a very favourable run of games for a new manager to have a go at.
Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:06 pm
As i have said before we are sleepwalking into a relegation battle and no one at the club gives a feck.
VT,MD and KC all burying their heads in the sand.

Tomlin, Moore, Morrison and Tutu are a huge miss at the moment but its simply unacceptable. We are absolutely guaranteed defeat next week, no hope against Norwich which is sad to say so that will 5 in a row. Harris is now dragging this club into relegation.

Should have happened after Wycombe , but as usual no one at the club is prepaired to make a decision.

Or they are quietly setting up the new management structure whst we go through a hard period of games

For all of the possession and territory, we created nothing of any note. Our best chance was Murphy putting it across goal but the rest of the team wandered up the pitch like we were winning 3-0.
That was a totally typical Harris performance - some decent but pointless possession, no energy, no coherence and far too defensive again.
He can complain about players missing but that doesn’t take away from how he sets this team up or what he instills into them.
He has to go today - we aren’t going to get anything against Norwich so pointless waiting.

The FA cup was never going to be a priority this season, and I expected an early exit today. What’s disappointing though is that we conceded another early goal, and held on in the first half. Better performance in the second half but toothless up front.
It’s a case of the same old same old,,,, and it’s difficult to see where the next win will come from.

Fekking hope so...can Harris take Glatzel with him?

Who do you replace him with though ?
A manager comingnin after Wycombe faced a tough 3 weeks of games. Now we have a good run of lower teams and the window open its probably the right time. If someone better is available

We will have played and competed well today
According to arris
And he has lots of injuries
And he' does'nt want to be unemployed stuck at home during a lockdown
Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:13 pm
The thing is I don’t even expect us to play well or win anymore. I didn’t see today, listened on the radio so can’t really comment on how we played. He really needs to go. Wilson could have got injured today and had to play the full 90 In a congested season because he is desperately trying to save his job. Please mr tan get rid!

Lost and didn't score.
Truth hurts sometimes.
Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:18 pm
Lesser Managers have been sacked for similar results, the odd win here and there shouldn’t save him..... OGS played more attacking football than this clown does
Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:20 pm
and that was basically his first team, all his favourites he doesn't drop, but it's ok, he's doing what the club want and what he's done elsewhere - feck all!

It was never going to be one for Forest either.
Winning breads winning. If it wasn’t a priority he could have tried something didn’t.
He didn’t, we lost again and it will be the same excuses from him.

Basically what I was trying to say. The same old same old. The time for changing has long gone now,,,, and time waits for No man!

City didn’t hold on at all. Forest knew 1 was enough. They just sat deep and allowed City as much possession as they wanted as they knew City wouldn’t break them down - as it proved Forest were as comfortable as any team could be defending a lead for 87+ minutes.

Out of all cups and struggling badly in the Championship

That is a solid ground for a P45. Hope it’s happening this afternoon.

And lets remember the level of performancse in these games, Northampton perhaps was the writing on the wall of what was to come.

We could still be playing and wouldn't have scored. And thats with forest off the pitch as well! All that possession and at no point did we look like scoring.
Harris just can not move on from these poor performances where we create nothing. How many times is he going to play ralls at 10 and expect a different outcome!? We have the best player in the league and he plays (wastes) him outwide. We had 3 wingers on the bench today and he still played wilson on the wing! Its getting beyond a joke now.

Which ever way you look at it, we’re in the habit of conceding early goals and then waking up and chasing the game, with no real threat up front. At the end of the day, what we all saw was another poor performance, and one that sadly, we have all come to get used to, and expect. Not good!

Yes,but ole had 50 players to chose from lol.

Sick of the same cr@p and all that needs to be said has been said on this board dozens of times.
I just hope the city board grow some b0ll0cks and sack the clown and start a decent 5 year plan to revive this club. From where I sit it's going down the plughole and I would say this is the worst time at city since before Hammam.
Worse than Slade, the turn to red, Trollop & OGS.
I'm not holding my breath but I can still hope.
Oh and why didn't we play in blue FFS
Sat Jan 09, 2021 3:35 pm
Harris is going nowhere.
I can see him being with us till the end of the season. Forget promotion and although relegation is still on the cards we should be safe from it. The last bit I know most would not agree with me but unless we have a bad run again some of the easier teams coming up we really should avoid relegation.
