Our owner and the board are a perfect example of how not to run a football club.
Mistakes after mistakes which they never learn from, and I'm sad to say they never will.
Some will defend them because they always do, but the reality is our club is run extremely badly from the very top.

In what way is it poor ?
Multiple record signings
Funds available every year
Big name managers
Big name loan signings
No winding up orders
Wages always paid
Always in toe with FFP
Stadium extentions
Two promotions
Multiple play off finishes
Cup finals
If we are a badly run club then I would hate to see how clubs like Sheff Wed are run

Its very poor because he's done all you said and we are floundering near the bottom of tier two.dress it up as much as you like the club finds it impossible to establish itself in the premier or lift a major trophy .

Two wrongs don't make a right.
Sheffield Wednesday, Bolton, Bury etc are also badly run clubs, nobody is arguing that.

Aye Ned.
Those clubs though don't have parachute payments to fall back on. I just wonder if we will be joining them next season.

No we won't because Tan will support the club up if it comes to that and have a sound financial plan to counteract any drop in incomings like they have done for years, even if that means letting a few players go .
Still nobody has answered the question, just a few sly digs . In what way is our club poorly run by the board ?

Tan who is clearly an excellent businessman has failed miserably in this venture.
He is reason why we owe him so much money!!!
What needs to happen if he won’t sell is for Ken choo to leave. We need a football person in charge of day to day running of the club. That person needs to oversee the club from top to bottom. We need an academy that’s well regarded with a clear pathway to first team for young welsh players that the fans can relate too.
I’m sick of the way the club is run. Commercially it is poor. The lack of real sponsors says it all.
The transfer committee is a farce. Aden flint for 5 million quid on 26 k a week is madness. Why sign him when he’s a poor version of Morrison. They let the club go into this season with 1 inexperienced right back.
Tan needs to listen to people who know about football. Not yes men who lick his arse!!!

So for me he has been one of the best owners.

Again
How has he failed in his venture ?
He said he would lead us to the premier league and has done that twice .
We owe money because we wanted success and that takes investment. If he hadn't invested and we stayed static then people would moan of no ambition.
What sponsors would you like ?
Not sure what difference it makes.
You cant say the board let us go into the season with one right back then moan about the board getting involved in the playing side.
Can you name this all knowing football person that everyone keeps going on about and what it is exactly that makes him a football man please

He’s failed as we are worse off than when we started!
When you invest at our level you buy young hungry assets not donkeys on a million pound deals with no motivation.
As regards football man then there are a number of candidates. Steve McPhail would be my choice as he’s doing a director of football job already. Plenty of others out there.
Visit Malaysia gives us bugger all compared to other clubs in similar positions.
